We stayed here as 2 adults and 2 children 5 years ago in the middle of August. We we initially worried it might be in the middle of nowhere however the buses stopped right outside all day and night making trips out convient and easy. The rooms were comfortable , clean and spacious. The hotel also provided pool towels for guest use , the pool side did become crowded but was spotlessly clean. We discovered the hotel owned a section of private beach across the road with the use of bodyboards to have a go at surfing. Our kids loved it on the beach once we got them some beach shoes as it was a tad stoney going into the water. The water park collects from outside the hotel and is a fun day out. We hired bicycles from the hotel and made the most of the flat terraine including a cycle trip into the mountains to go to Hypocrates hospital. Kos town is quite crowded and extremely loud so we were pleased we were at Lambi beach after a night out. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Go and enjoy Kos' hospitality!

We did saw the development @ Pelagos. We've been there almost 10 times on a row. We first stayed in the appartments but since the hotel is opened we stay in the hotel suites.
We come back while the staff didn't change in those years and they are very friendly.
The new rooms are amazing and when you like luxery, you get it at Pelagos.
We go back this year again

We visited this hotel in July and it was the best hotel I have stayed in. The pools are gorgeous and the hotel room we had was so clean and spacious. We did not try the food in the hotel but it always looked lovely. There is nothing much around the hotel apart from a shop next door and a beach opposite, we did not go to the beach once as it was not the best beach compared to the hotel pools there was no contest. About 5/10 min taxi ride into Kos town where there are plenty of places to eat, drink and shops etc. We walked this once but it was quite a long walk in the heat.

Would definitely re-visit.

My family of 6 stayed at The gorgeous Pelagos Suites for 2 weeks all inclusive from 21st August 2012.
Our family comprised of 2 adults, 2 12 year olds and 2 15 year olds.
We had two rooms, my two older girls had a studio apartment which was clean and well furnished and overlooked the pool area.
We were lucky enough to be upgraded to the bungalow at the entrance of the hotel as the wonderful hotel owners very generously upgraded us due to my daughters physical problems.
We travelled with Thomas Cook and were mis sold a 2 room apartment which was clearly meant for two people but was "adapted" for 4 with two camp beds for our other two girls. The hotel did their utmost to ensure our comfort.
We arrived late and had sandwiches and fruit in the room, we could have benefited from a bottle of water though.
We stayed All Inclusive and food was very good, always show cooking and always waiter service, prompt and with a very efficient smile.
The main restaurant was clean and spacious and beautifully decorated. Overlooked the large water feature and seemed to float on water.
The pool bar was glorious ... Ahhhh the memories of sitting with a large glass (yes glass ... Not plastic cup as found in most all inclusives !!) of lovely quality wine, dipping our feet in the pool .. Heaven.
The pool was gorgeous. Never a shortage of a comfortable sun bed and usually we were able to relax on the day beds at some point during the day ... No sun bed wars !! We also booked a cabana on several days .. This cost 20 euros per day.
The entertainment was fun and relatively low key, which we like, and the animation team were chatty and friendly and always tried to get us adults and the girls involved, water polo, aerobics, fun evening entertainment and the club dances ... Opa Opa and La Bomba are on the iPod at home .. More holiday memories !!! The kids loved Adi teaching them to dance like Michael Jackson.
All the staff from the housekeepers to reception staff were always friendly and helpful and we had a wonderful stay and will definitely go back.
There is bike hire ... The girls loved it and a bus stop to kos Town right outside the hotel and the buses run very regularly untill 2am and its probably 10 minutes to wonderful Kos town.. A taxi is 8 euros so not bad either.

Special thanks to Billy in the pool bar ... Hardest working and happiest man in kos and Ali Baba, Hatem and Adi from the animation team who worked hard and were brilliant fun !!!

We will definitely return .... Thankyou

My partner and I stayed at this hotel in June. Booked last minute following a rather drab holiday in Morroco the month before.
The Pelagos Suites hotel looked amazing on the website and the pictures of the pools and surrounding areas were spot on. The pools are clean, warm and very inviting, not at all crowded.
We stayed self catering, and although the 'studio' room was rather more dated and basic than the pictured 'suites' it was adequate for our needs, as we didn't need to spend much time in the room! It was a good size, clean and well maintained room with a lovely sea view balcony. As mentioned on other reviews, the self catering facilities are pretty poor and consist of a 2 hob cooker, microwave, fridge and kettle. Very limited pans and utensils. We only cooked dinner once but as there are so many reasonably priced and variety of restaurants nearby in Kos Town this wasn't a problem. To be honest we weren't planning on cooking much anyway, we were on holiday after all! It was nice to be able to make tea/coffee in the mornings, although we did buy our own 'proper' size mugs, and we popped next door to the little supermarket every morning for fresh doughnuts and bread rolls.
We hired bikes for the week through the hotel reception at a very reasonable price and used these to explore the north of the island in the mornings, and cycle the 10 minutes into Kos Town every evening for dinner. Italian, Chinese, and of course Greek!
We usually book all inclusive holidays but really enjoyed the self catering option, as it meant it didn't feel you had to stay glued to the hotel to 'get your moneys worth'. Rooms close enough to pool to pop back for cold drinks if needed. We spent a few hours most afternoons by the pool and never had any problems finding a sun lounger (we are not the regimented sort who always need a sunbed in the same spot!). Can't comment on the food in the hotel but we had a couple of drinks at the floating pool bar and reception bar whilst watching the Euro football match, drinks priced as expected of a hotel bar (charged to room and bill settled when checking out).
All the staff we came into contact with were friendly and helpful, from receptionists, cleaners and entertainment team.
We don't usually return to the same holiday destination twice as prefer to explore and discover different countries but we enjoyed our holiday to the Pelagos Suites so much that we have booked again for 2 weeks next May and are taking some friends.

Stunning, spacious room (stayed in a Junior Suite with a huge terrace with double sunbed & a lounge area in the room and a gorgeous bathroom), 3 amazing pools, pool bars, good selection of food on all buffets (breakfast, lunch and dinner). We had a lovely meal one evening in the Italian a la carte restaurant, too. Staff was exceptionally friendly and nice, service was always fast and efficient. The only thing we could fault was the servicing of the rooms on a daily basis, we are used to a bit more thorough cleaning (e.g. changing the tea cups for clean ones would have been nice, and wiping the outdoor coffee table on the terrace which wasn't done all week, bedding only changed once when specifically asked for...). The room didn't offer tea or coffee, strange for a 4 star, we had to buy our own. It has a small shop open all day though which was handy since town was quite far. The prices of the shop, bars and restaurant were reasonable, the charging to room process easy, not overcomplicated like in some hotels.
Location is good but not great, you really need a scooter, quad or car to make the most of the holiday. The hotel's own beach is small, narrow and rather windy, we mostly stayed by one of the stunning pools. Kos town is rather far on foot! (way over half an hour) Though you can watch both sunsets and sunrises by the sea since the hotel is close to the north corner of the island.
All in all we had a veryx pleasant and relaxing stay, and excellent value for money.
We recommend the boat trips you can take from Kos, there is lots of ships doing all sorts of day trips and our was the highlight of our holidays.
