Had a 14hr trip got to bed at 1am to be woken by groups of lads returning at 4am shouting swearing an having conversations outside our apartment, then to find out that we were amongst 3groups side by side an down below many families complained that nite due to kids being around this was sorted but 4 nights in started again . They should put families in the opposite side so they can cater for both as this did not say in the brochure that groups are catered for an we would of gone elsewhere if this was stated. Apart form this kos town is a nice hustle and lively harbour very pretty especially at night. Sleep would of made this holiday extra special.

I stayed here for a week with a friend. The rooms are very standard, what you pay for is what you get. On arrival there was no hand soap in the bathroom which I found quite annoying and they only provide toilet paper once. There are shops close to the hotel and the beach, harbour and Bar Street is a 15-20 min walk (taxis about 5/6 Euros) There wasn't much choice when it came to food and there was one vegetarian option. Overall, the rooms were clean, well maintained pool and beautiful gardens. There was a nice mix of age groups which was good and a lot to do in the area. I would recommend this hotel!

For a week away chilling out you cant beat it ! For Kos Town this had the best pool area i saw whilst there ! Lovely well kept gardens away from all the bustle of Kos Twon but still only 15 min walk or 5/6 euros in taxi (we usually walked in and taxi back).
Rooms were really big i thought were slightly better than your usual greek standard too.
Food was nice not much of a range but ok for a quick bite. Owners are lovely really are welcoming. Thomas Cook Rep Mike - Fantastic. Absoloutley tons to see and do if you want to either on the island or boat trips etc. Bar street was alot livlier than we expected ! (BONUS FOR US !) had a fantastic holiday was sad to leave :(

Although basic apartment the public areas were lovely and well kept. Family run business and an absolute pleasure to stay there. Quiet and peaceful but very close to Kos Town and beach and only 5 euros to get back in a taxi. Spent a lovely week there and would recommend. Maria and Steve looked after us brilliantly and we would definitely go back if we return to Kos.

Room Tip: worth paying small fee to ensure separate bedroom rather than studio

Myself and 2 friends have just got back from a weeks stay at the Lenaki apartments. Met by Steve about 10pm who showed us to our room. Very basic but nice a clean which is the main thing! Headed into town for something to eat about 15min walk down to the harbor and bar street. Plenty of places to choose from.
Pool area and gardens all very clean, plenty of sun beds and umbrellas if you prefer shade. Staff really really friendly, lovely family run apartments, Maria is very friendly and speaks brilliant English. Steve usually works nights and saved us from a frog at 4 o clock in the morning that had come into our room while the door had been open! Lifesaver!
Food at the apartments was good and cheap if you just want a bite to eat round by the pool or before a night out on bar street.
We booked our holiday with Thomas Cook so had our own rep, really helpfully, went on some good trips and went to some good bars down bar street, Mike you are a ledged!!!
Overall we had a really good holiday and would recommend to all, would def go back.

Greeted well on Arrivel Apartment small but clean and tidy , beds rock hard I had to take the mattress from the the third bed in the kitchen and place it on top of my bed to get any sleep. pool was very clean plenty of beds but you were charged one euro per day for the mattresses for them. We found the ladie who ran the place very loud and she got louder as the week went by , The gardens were lovely and there was a large playground for children. we didnt eat there so carnt comment on the food. It was 15 to 20 mins walk to town not to far. Lots of nice bars and places to eat.only one gripe we arrived at 11pm at night and paid 45 euro for a weeks aircon we also paid 24 euro to keep our room from12pm until 7pm on our last day they switched the aircon off at 12pm and wanted more money if we wanted it back on we pointed out that we had paid at 11pm on our first day why turn it of at 12pm because we turn it of at 12pm and you must pay more if you want it back on we were told,We did not they,d had enough of our money we would not go back

These apartments are exceptionally clean, bright, and a very good size for greek apartments and I have stayed on ten greek islands and I would rate these highly. They have kettle and toaster (rare to have these), decent bathroom and the maids are quiet and unobstrusive, cleaning and bedmaking without making a great racket early in the day. The pool area and gardens are lovely. The staff are very helpful and you can stop and have a drink or a meal whenever you want. It is not noisy at night. There was a good mix of age groups whenwe stayed in early June 2011. My husband and I are 60 and we hired bikes and cycled all around Kos town, so much to see and to Tigaki. Bikes can be hired at end of road cheaply. Do visit Quick Corner on the beach also as Ali does good lunch and you have free sunbed there too. Many nice tavernas, including Sunset, and Tsambali (near Fire Station). Recommend keeping room you have late flight for 24 E until 7 pm. Also spray with mossie spray as one nabbed me! ThomasCook flights from Stansted seem to get delayed (2 hours for us)
