We saw all good reviews on this hotel even though old we thought it cannot change that much so we went for it. we arrived at 3.30am so had no idea what a problem room we were getting. The hotel itself is nice and very plesant the pool area is nice and peacefull with music in the background, we spent the first day there and thought that we had made a good choice. As we had arrived so late the night before we had dinner and decided to have an early night. Thats when you realise why all the other reports are praising the great entertainment. Even though there was'nt any that night a crowd gathers round the pool bar with the management getting more and more louder as they drink. we were in a room near the bar and it sounded as though they were in the room with us. 3am they finaly went to bed leaving us so frustrated at trying to get to sleep all this time. The next morning we complaind and asked for an other room away from the pool we were told there were no rooms available because the hotel was full. Even though we saw guests leaving each night we were told the same story every time we asked for a move so we had to spend the whole two weeks listening to the rabble drinkers every night praying that they would have at least one early night (no chance). So beware anyone going here if you are in a room near to the pool bar refuse it instantly and make sure you get a room away from the bar and if they tell you they are full dont believe them.
