I stayed here over the w/end for a friend's wedding. The hotel itself is smart and the rooms are good for a 3 star hotel. They looked like they've just been redone. One thing I would suggest the hotel address is to provide tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Given the 88 Euros+Tax, I think this appropriate. It would also be helpful to provide some signs on which rooms are on which floors is this is also lacking which means you have to check each floor to find your room.
Negatives were that they got my booking wrong, booking it in October instead of August on their system, despite my confirmation in writing via email.
I rang the hotel I spoke to a guy on the phone to confirm that I was running late, but would arrive, they couldn't find my booking and there was not effort to help at all. Eventually after some pushing it transpired they had a vacancy anyway and I was told that I should turn up to pick up a key as they were locking up and the phone was promptly put down on me without any warning! It didn't appear they really wanted my custom at all!
When I arrived the same guy I spoke simply pointed out the mistake in their reservation systems, but made no apology for their error and was extremely curt. There was a serious lack of customer service.
To be fair, two female members of staff were polite and helpful on subsequent days.
