A very ancient Shiva temple. Visit this place if you have free time. Very close to main market. Not well maintained,

Located in the picturesque town of Pahalgam this little temple is a very short drive from the central market.A unique heritage site this is a must see for the visitors since it offers a very good view of the city outside

Visited in April 2018. If you are in tight schedule, you may skip it and spend time in Chandanwari or Aru Valley

A very ancient Siva temple revered by the Hindu pilgrims. Some say it is about 2000 years old. Made of stone mostly, somewhat dilipated & dirty. It was closed when we visited but we could the inside through the locked door. A huge lingam inside. Difficult paths to the temple premises. Lidder River flows nearby, tall trees all around. Worth a visit.
