The family is running a farm with livestock for decades, from the higher common now to the lower one around Ziano. The goat here is the kid to take care: milk and meat is lovely transformed into home made excellent specialities. I suggest to ask one-two days in advance for a roasted kid goat (for 3 person minimum), or (if you missed to do it) ask there for a goat liver a-la-Venetians, which are beyond comparison, actually you should start with a 5 goat cheeses special tasting (starting from a ricotta ending with a seasoned one), harmonized with honey and marmalade (made in the farm, of course!), and then go for a goat dish. If that’s not enough, home made cakes are waiting for you. Enjoy!
