Erika and Allesandro are welcoming hosts at Sant' Egle - the organic farm is fantastic and close to Sorano which in our view was more authentic and much less touristy than neighbouring Pitigliani (where we enjoyed lunch on the way through to Sorano). Highly recommend this experience - we took a cooking class and made cheeses (3 kinds) and zucchini jam - YUM !!
We also booked and ate dinner in the restaurant (only offered Friday/Saturday nights) - a degustation of beautiful local tastes.
