Have had several takeaways and also eaten in restaurant on several occasions. When it's good it's very good and when it's bad yes it's bad and sadly that's the problem. You don't know what you are going to get and it's this unpredictability that puts you off. I suspect the problem lies with different chefs being on duty and as a result quality control suffers. If they could address this issue then it truly would be worth the prices but as it stands you think twice about going there because their is no gurantee of the food quality.
