The hotel is five mins away by shuttle from the disney parks. Staff are very helpful and friendly and the room was beautiful and clean.
The only down side to the hotel was the evening restaurant, with limited choice and quite expensive.
Overall a brilliant hotel!!!

Fantastic hotel, great view outside, very good breakfast and free shuttle to Disneyland.
Breakfast service was a little bit messy due to many (many) people in the breakfast area at the same time.

Arrived with my husband and 16 month old son for the weekend in April. We were impressed with the reception area which had a lot of activities for youngsters such as a ball pit, various small rides and air hockey tables etc. However part of the decor had been broken and not repaired. The female toilets in reception were quite clean but the gents were filthy and this remained the same for the entire stay. We were shown to our room which was spacious and clean. We asked for a cot when reserving the room over 6 mths previously but it wasn't in our room when we arrived. We called down to reception for one and went to Disneyland expecting it to be there when we returned. 6 hrs later still no cot. We called down again and explained we had a very tired child and had asked for a cot hours ago and was told they would try their best. We waited a futher 40 minutes and still no cot so went down and complained and it arrived in our room 5 minutes later - not great customer service and I can only imagine they just had no cots.
The bar is quite expensive but not as expensive as the Disney parks themselves. Expect to pay €4 for a small glass of wine or a small beer. Meals averaged about €16-€18.
Breakfast was ok but could have been better. The hot food is awful but there is plenty of cereals, toast, bread, croissants etc.
We didn't use the pool but saw it and looked good. The bus to the parks was regular although a little fast.
The internet is €6 for 3 hrs but there were only 2 computers that didn't work very well. The printers didn't work either.
In short I think this hotel is overpriced and the service and food was poor but otherwise ok.

Just back from a week long trip to Disney staying at the Dream Castle. We originally booked as it seemed like good value for a 4 star hotel, however after reading recent reviews on tripadvisor were a bit dubious about what to expect. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. Rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. Our 5 1/2 yr old wouldn't sleep in the top bunk, she sleeps in a bunk bed at home, but it is very high. Thankfully the double bed is huge! The room has an empty fridge, as we had driven we took lots of drinks and snacks so we wouldn't have to pay the hotel prices which are expensive. Take your own tea and coffee so you don't have to pay the 6 euros to have extra when that provided in the room runs out.

The breakfast buffet is fine, would describe as average but plenty to choose from. We ate in the hotel bar once and the food was good. We didn't try the international buffet, hugely expensive and we're not keen on the buffet format. Hotel has nice gardens and play area for children. Pool area is lovely, please can the hotel make the pool just a little warmer. We got used to it but it would have been more comfortable if warmer.

Shuttle bus to Disney worked well for us. Ran regularly and quiet in the morning. It was busier at night but this was never a problem and we had a pushchair.

Overall the hotel is comfortable and a convenient option for Disney. What was lacking for us was any Disney atmosphere, perhaps expected too much but it is sold as a partner hotel on Disney website and mentions characters coming to breakfast, this never happened in a whole week's stay. Not a big problem and we had a great trip!

We travelled with my two children, 4 and 7. They and us loved the themed castle experience which continued right into the bedroom. Our bedroom over looked the hotel gardens and lake and came complete with its own Juliet balcony which was delightful considering the weather was so good. The children enjoyed the bunk bed which had its own curtain and individual night lights. Our own bed was enormous and very very comfortable. Every day the bedroom was cleaned and the beds made. Tea and Coffee facilities are available but you need to purchase extra, do what everyone else does and bring your own, or borrow some tea bags from the breakfast room… Breakfast room was laid back and had a huge array of food from cooked breakfast to cold meats, cereals, toast, etc. You are seated at breakfast and have a choice of two differently themed rooms. We sampled the swimming pool facilities which we’re great, however the pool is a little on the cool side, but nothing to stop you from having a good time. Only downside was the kids games facilities are all coin operated requiring at least 2 euros a time and a ball pit no bigger than a large bath for very small children to play in – come on Dream Castle you can do better than that!
Overall would stay again. Excellent.

This is our 6th trip to Disneyland Paris, having stayed previously at Santa Fe, Cheyanne and Explorers Hotels. This hotel was very clean, the staff very friendly and the rooms are spacious, comfortable and welcoming. The only problem we had was that our room was directly above the main entrance where smokers seem to congregate, so the smoke seemed to drift up into the room (we like our window open). Plus a bit noisy sometimes with the courtesy bus pulling up every 20 minutes or so.... so if I could choose I would definitely try to request a room away from this area. The breakfast was delicious, fresh rolls, cereals, toast, fresh fruit salad (which i dolloped apple puree over - lovely!) yogurts, cheeses, toasting machine, etc - ideal start to the day. Plus you are shown where to sit, instead of scrambling for a table. It was never too busy when we arrived, anything from about 8.30am to 9.15am. Was lovely room to come back to after busy day in the park, with tea making facilities too.... we avoided paying any extra charges by bringing along our own teabags and also you can buy little cartons of milk in the hotel's shop next to the entrance. You get a fridge so no problems keeping it cold. Will definitely go back there, probably best for families with older children who aren't too bothered about seeing Disney characters etc and who are quite happy just to relax in the room. Got BBC on the tv too which was a bonus.

Most of the other reviewers complain about the not so good (even bad) quality of catering in the Dreamcastle Hotel. For a four star hotel the breakfast buffet is most satisfactory: quite varied, fair quality and plenty. Of course, it can get crowdy and noisy but let's not forget that this is a hotel aimed at families visiting with (many) kids. We dont remember seeing the place advertised as the ideal romantic getaway or as a five star glamour resort!
The evening buffet we did not try as we stayed late in the Disney Park.
Upon arrival we ordered room-service. There is a choice of about 10 typical roomservice dishes. Delivery was quick and in order. Food quality ok and the price normal for a four star rated hotel.
Compared to the catering-prices charged, food-quality offered and restaurant atmosphere presented in the Disneyland itself, this hotel could be called a bargain even!

Staff members are genuinly friendly, did their best to make our stay pleasant and answered every question promptly.

Reception area, restaurant, rooms and bathrooms are clean, not more not less. Housekeeping kept up the rooms as it should be done.
Rooms were spacious.

A few years ago we stayed for a weekend in the Disneyland Hotel, which is a great and unforgettable experience but we dare to say that rooms and staff overthere are not better or worse as what we've experienced in the Dreamcastle Hotel. The atmosphere though is totally different, more Disney feeling to it. Is that worth double or triple the price from what you have to pay in the Dreamcastle Hotel?!

Conclusion:
Fair price and quality for a four star hotel.
Perfect location for a visit to Disneyland Paris.
