“Comfortable beds”
Reviewed September 2, 2013

As a base when spending all the day out at Disneyland all one wants is a comfortable bed and a large breakfast, and this hotel did this well. The buffet breakfast was busy but the staff managed to turn tables quickly. Bunk beds and a kingside bed were better than we expected. The pool is good and has a slide. But you have to pay for towels or take them from the room. The major downside was that the buses to disneyland are packed, so travelling with luggage or a buggy is difficult. While I would stay in another Vienna International, if returning to Disney it would be better to pay more to be on park.

Firstly, this hotel is too far out to get into the park at 8am. Breakfast is impossible. The que at 10.30 am was still two levels up. There is no room service available for breakfast. The staff are friendly but the hotel is staid. I asked for some ice with my room service tray this evening and was told that I was only allowed one glass. If I wanted more I would have to go to the bar. If you are coming to Disneyland stay at a hotel that allows you into the park at 8am. That way you will have a chance to go on some rides without the 45 minute wait. If your dream is to visit Disneyland DO NOT STAY HERE.

Room Tip: We are in a suite. Book on line or through a travel agent. We waited four hours to check in as the...

We stayed at the Disney Castle Hotel. The reception staff were useless. Our keys didn't work we had to make several trips back and forth getting them redone.
The room was okay. Large bed and bunk beds.
No decaff tea or coffee in the room nor hot choc sachets. Our daughter rang down to order a hot choc and it never arrived.
We also asked for an iron and iron board only to be told they had none left!!...would we like the one iron board they had left?? WT*?? can you do with a board and no iron?
Breakfast was okay but be aware if you want marmalade on your toast..take your own!!
Water in the machines is 3 Euros a bottle!!
Whatever you do....do NOT eat in the Muskateers restaurant unless you just won the lotto!! We had booked a birthday package costing 55Euros consisting of cake, card, character show and gift which turned out to be a frog...a crappy little keyring n gift and postacard and a chocolate torte cake with candles stuck in it!! The buffet meal then cost us 170 Euros for 4 adults and 2 kids!!!!! I was fuming!!!
Luckily the kids did not know any of this and enjoyed just what they saw and the experience of being in Disneyland.
One very good thing I can say was that the room cleaners were good. They even added balloons and sweets on the bed for my Granddaughter and one day I left by accident my mobile phone in the room and it was still there when I got back which I didn't expect so they were honest!!

Room Tip: We were on the 2nd floor and at the back 2126 and 2124 which were quiet. both were interlinked and b...

My daughter and myself have just come back from disney Paris where we stayed at the dream castle hotel. We stayed on 5th floor which was the waves of the hotel but absolutely gorgeous. Our room had twin beds with a lovely bathroom and a fabulous view. We have been to disney Paris before so knew the distance the hotel was (about 10 mins on the bus to the parks) but if you haven't been before you may feel its a little far. However there is a free bus that takes you to the park. The hotel has a swimming pool which is great but was full when we went. Hotel based on breakfast though they do food throughout the day and room service so that's good to know. A thoroughly good hotel where the staff do all they can to make your holiday special.

We stayed in the Dream Castle Hotel in July 2013 for the weekend with our 5 year old daughter. We were met with 2 thrones in the hotel lobby which our daughter thought was great. The reception staff were very polite and helpful and our family room was very spacious and clean. The beds were not as comfy as our own but they were not uncomfortable. We stayed bed and breakfast and the food was varied and tasty and we all found plenty to eat. The hotel was only a 5 minute shuttle bus tide to Disneyland and the buses ran every 15 minutes and picked up and dropped of at the hotel entrance. All in all this hotel was ideal for us for location and accommodation. The grounds were spectacular with amazing views. Without actually staying in Disneyland, you cant get a nicer hotel for your disney experience.

Atrocious. Bad service, shoddy rooms, fag ends and cans in stairwell, broken sink, broken mirror, mouldy showers. Pool like a council facility not a nice hotel. everything is charged extra and is extortionate pricing. Don't ruin your Disney visit by using this hotel.

Well, we enjoyed our stay. Check in was a little slow and confusing as they two lines that went to the same desk. The room was lovely, spacious and clean with quite a good view over the front of the hotel. The windows opened inwards giving a balcony effect. We opened them wide one night, enjoyed a bottle of wine and watched the disney fireworks. Breakfast was nice but... you did have to go early! We went 10am one day and it was chaos but we sat outside. The staff were all lovely and helpful. We enjoyed the pool, again you just have to time it right, brilliant idea of putting a code in for the locker. Take your room key with you to access the changing rooms. If you want to save some time, get off the shuttle bus at the Explorers Hotel next door as this is the first stop, The Dream Castle is not the second stop. We found it a pain having to use lifts all the while until a member of staff showed us some stairs so we just used to run up and down those. We took the shuttle bus to Disney, the train is located there. We got a one day ticket and went to the Eiffel Tower.
