“Perfect for Disneyland Paris”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 23, 2013

Totally geared up for families. Very clean, great gardens, good sized rooms. The castle theme is from the reception to the rooms. We booked two twin beds but got a double and bunk beds! We laughed but it could cause problems for others. The shuttle bus runs every 15 mins but gets very very crowded. We used a taxi one day and it was only €15. Easy check in and out. Breakfast is plentiful but the drawback is the very long queues. A great hotel would recommend without any reservations.

Room Tip: 231 overlooked the gardens

The things i really liked about this hotel were the facilities in the lobby (suitable for children between 2 and 8 yrs. Unfortunately they were 2 euros per machine and i think they should be complimentary to guests. Also they swallowed up the money sometimes and then would not work. I liked the complimentary L'occitane products in the bathroom. The breakfast was nice and plenty of choice with everything from Chocolate croissants to fruit salad. Unfortunately there were large queues to get a seat for breakfast one day so i would advise you to get there early to avoid hanging around queueing.
They also had a lovely Nescafe machine for making espressos, which i unfortunately only discovered on the last day. I got a thai massage in the spa which was nice but a little overpriced at 80 euros for what it was. Another day we had to leave the room to let the cleaners in so we decided to get a coffee in the hotel bar. It cost over 21 euros just for two tiny little icecreams and a tea and coffee. I felt that it was overpriced. Also there are vending machines in the lobby that sell minute maid(orange juice) at 3.00 euro- again overpriced as we later discovered they were for sale at Sealife aquarium(in the nearby shopping village) for 1 euro and we stocked up to save being charged an arm and a leg back at the hotel! I ordered Room service one evening. This was nice but again overpriced. On the plus side, this hotel is only 5 minutes from Disneyland paris on the complimentary shuttle bus which goes regularly from the hotel. So if you want to be close to Disneyland paris without being immersed in all the hype i would recommend here. I wouldn't recommend it for Drinks or food as it is overpriced. It has a nice little lake around the back of the hotel with picturesque views and its nice to take a stroll around here. All in all, not quite what i expected. Bit disappointed that everything was so overpriced. :(

Hotel was very big, clean and impressive. Breakfast is a help yourself buffet. Bar was very nice. Great shuttle bus that runs every 10 mins to Disneyland. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Like everything in Disneyland Paris is was very expensive so be prepared to take plenty spending money you'll need it. Swimming pool not the best but adequate, gym not great.

Despite our early arrival, the room at the 5th floor was available.
The room was large enough and clean.
Some elements in the bathroom must be replaced.
The view was beautiful.
Diner……was in buffet style and was great.
Also breakfast….plenty to choose from.
I took a dive in the swimming pool and enjoyed it.

The hotel was so clean! The outside was as clean as the inside. The staff on arrival were very helpful and friendly. The room was huge and so was the bed. Breakfast was great and there was a selection of both hot and cold food to choose from. The free shuttle to the Disneyland ran every 10 - 15 mins and didn't take long to get to there. There was a fridge in our room and free wi fi. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

I stayed in the dream castle with my sisters for 3nights at the end of May and was very impressed with the hotel. it's a beautiful big hotel with a very spacious restaurant and big bar with a large open terrace. the room was lovely with a king bed and bunk-beds. we were on the 2nd floor but the views were still gorgeous with the sun shining right into our room every morning. the hotel is reasonably priced considering its only a 10minute bus ride from the disney village and parks. very handy location as we went to the disneyland parks one of the days and the free shuttlebus picks you up right outside the hotel about every 20mins.

the hotel has 5star facilities including a swimming pool, pool tables, a masseuse parlour etc however i did feel at times the staffs lack of professionalism let the hotel down. we were checked in by a very friendly receptionist on the 24th of april-great check-in (i was monitoring this carefully as i'm a receptionist myself)! however not all staff were as friendly as when we returned to reception another day there was a different girl working,i think her name was Jasmine and as we approached her she said 'yes?' another time when we approached her she said 'what' and i just thought it was rude and not very mannerly as i work in a luxury hotel myself and would never speak to a guest like that.

breakfast was nice, good variety of food, seated quickly however all four of us where quite surprised at how slow the majority of the restaurant staff were,it was just pure laziness. one member of staff took around 30minutes to clear just one small table,no motivation and didnt seem like they wanted to be there. slow workers. hotel itself is beautiful with lovely gardens and a big lake at the bottom of the garden too :) i enjoyed my stay and would definitely return but believe the staff in general need more training.

Room Tip: stayed in room 2047-no complaints, nice room, views on the garden at the back of the hotel :)

My wife stayed here in April and the weather was lovely so was the hotel. Check in was prompt and our room was ready around 2 PM we had just taken the train from London and the shuttle from the trainstation which was free. upon check in you are offered a discounted price to the nightly buffet which we took to check the quality. The breakfast buffet was included in the price of our room. The nightly buffet was ok but not as big of a choice as I would expect. Plus a lot of the food was not kept at a very hot temperature. the breakfast buffet was very good though even though the choices were few as well. Rooms were clean but no washcloths ??? Loved the heated towel rack though. Gardens and decor were lovely and I love the three Musketter theme. Also there in house Disney store was very nice with great authentic Disneyland Paris items and a little less expensive than the parks. Rooms here were pretty good size for Europe. Bed a wee bit hard. The conceirge here was not very knowledagble at all even though he was a nice fellow. Better get your info from the internet here. Free wifi in the lobby as well which was nice. We would stay here again.

Room Tip: Go and buy snacks and sodas off site very pricey here. You can even go to the Disney Hotels sundry s...
