Checking in or out or any inquiries forget it just not enough front desk staff, restaurant is a rip and food not great. Breakfast is OK and included so not to bad there. On the other side the staff are mainly friendly, and the rooms are a good size and comfortable although use is starting to show in places if you are fussy. Pool and Jacuzzi are quite small and so crowded, although the steam room and sauna were great and no extra cost. Still took them more than 36 hours to clean the pool after a young child through up in it!!! My thought overall is well positioned and pleasant enough for a short stay, though not enough staff is letting it down for customer service and cleanliness.

Okay...this hotel has left us with such a mixed feeling!!...Yesterday once we had checked out, my OH asked me if I would stay again, immediately I said No...but then thought about it and decided that actually, maybe I would. Hmm.

The good...hotel looks nice, room clean and tidy, enough space for a family of 4max. Cheaper than Disney hotels and offers a free shuttle to the parks. Luggage storage room so you can leave your suitcases there after checking out and collect before you go home.

The bad...ridiculous does not even describe the prices in the hotel!!...5euro for a water from the bar!?! Ordered a pizza for lunch the first day we got there as our room wasn't ready, 45mins wrong order turns up...another 20mins, still no pizza...they had forgot to remake apparently! So we cancelled it and saved ourselves the 18euro they would have charged!
We had limited hot water for the duration of our stay, cold showers is not the way forward after a long day in the parks! Although cold water is better than no water...as we also found out. None of the staff seemed overly bothered by any of this and nothing was done. They had said they would send an engineer up, but that never happened.
Breakfast..really not the best. Stick with cereal or the pastries, as the hot food was 1) not hot and 2) vile. We didn't bother eating lunch or dinner at the hotel, as Disney was cheaper believe it or not!

Shuttle bus was a nightmare the first day, europeans are seriously dog eat dog and were shoving my 4year old out the way to get board! However, the rest of the times we used it, it was less crowded and a more pleasent experience. They run about every 20mins.

I don't think I would rule out not staying here again. As a base, it is fairly nice and convienient, especially if you don't want to fork out for the Disney hotels. Hopefully, it was just bad luck with the water! But don't go expecting 4star service, because whoever gave them 4stars was being very generous indeed!

For those travelling with kids...there are loads of little 2euro rides in the lobby. Which we thought was a bit crafty..great way for them to try and make some extra money. But thankfully my daughter wasn't interested in them!

BUSSES!!!
Ok, since the Dream Castle hotel is the last hotel where the shuttle bus stops this is usually really full, especially if you have a stroller, and waiting 3 busses is no exception. The first hotel (Thomas Cook Explorer hotel) is on left side of the hotel (facing the entrance) and is less then a 5 min walk. Since this is the bus' first stop, not only can you get on it, you can choose a seat!!!

The hotel:
We stayed for 3 nights and thaught the hotel was ok.
Rooms are spacious and clean, beds were comfy which was all I wanted. Breakfast was fine, not haute cuisine, but fine. There is queue to get in the restaurant, but it moves pretty quickly...
Didn't expect to much hospitallity as we were going to France and already knew that the French have a major problème d'attitude... Most receptionists speak English however (or at least another language, which shows on their name tags), so that wasn't a problem (other hotel staff don't speak that much English)
All in all, you know that most French speak French and have an attitude problem, you're there to enjoy Disney, so use the hotel to sleep in... And leave it at that...

The hotel is adequate for a family vacation. the lobby is designed for kids and has good amenities for children and a heated swimming pool. the staff are nice and helpful. the rooms are large and clean but with a king and bunk bed for children. A shuttle bus is available every 15 mn to disney parks, free of charge. the only negative point was the breakfast... Croissants were the only thing we could eat... but overall is a nice hotel.

We stayed here for four nights in september on a Disney trip to celebrate my daughters 3rd birthday. Our first time to eurodisney, we looked endlessly at Disney hotel packages, that were so expensive, we decided to package a trip up ourselves to save money. This hotel was perfect for our needs, really clean, modern hotel, with lovely grounds and outdoor areas. Also had a small pool we enjoyed for winding down at the end of the day. Rooms were great with fab novelty kids bunk beds with a large curtain to draw so kids can sleep while adults watch tv, and a lovely castle theme throughout. Breakfast was also good and set us up for the long days! Buses to the parks were frequent and took minutes. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you can get a 'good deal' as we did via travel republic.
