This was an amazing hotel. Even though there wasn't many activities, we entertained ourselves with the game room and the entire hotel itself. the receptionist area was massive which let us to run around a bit when no one was there. also, outside is a lot of land, which is beautiful to have morning walks and for children to play with. staff are really kind and friendly and didn't mind when my family made a lot of noise.
However, breakfast was not amazing and was quite bland.
we had a ground floor room, which had long windows we could climb out of. so we used to climb out to get outside and ran to our other families rooms. this is definelty a good place for kids.
the rooms i stayed in was spacious but the one my cousins stayed in was quite tight and small and didn't let much sunlight in. also, the furnishing looked alright, but if you looked closely, the looked quite used. for example, the lamps which looked so fragile and was literally about to fall of.
the building looked real nice too.

Room Tip: bottom room are the best. there more fun for kids.

Made a reservation with breakfast included and my confirmation had that written allover. They didn't get it right not even at the last day. Kept asking me to pay again for the breakfast.
Called before to ask some questions about the transportation services. Rude receptionist told me she had more important things to do than answering me. Clients to check-in at the hotel, she said, as if I was not a client myself. Not a clients fault if they are understaffed, I must say.
Nice room, though. Clean and proper.
Terrible soggy eggs and bacon at breakfast. They just couldn't get it right.
Really great bread and croissants. The best machine made coffee I ever tasted. Creamy and delicious.

We stayed one night in a quad room, 2 singles and a set of bunk beds. Lovely to have a duvet one pillow each. no tea & coffee or kettle but we were already aware of this. Wifi in room good with decent signal. It appears that there are 3 buildings , one which houses reception, the shop and bar with rooms above and the other which just has rooms with the restaurant in between them. We were in that building on the 1st floor. It was clean. A few plug sockets one either side of the bed and one on the desk area. By the time you had an adapter in it you couldn't use it as it was too low down to plug the item in. Had a problem with the wash basin where it took forever to drain away plus the soap dispenser was empty by the bath. Bath is a short one so not ideal for tall people. Yes it isn't new and there are a few knocks and chips but for the price you cannot complain.
We had breakfast included in the price. We got there at 7am wasn't busy but I am sure afterwards it would be. 3 Hot items, bacon, sausages and scrambled eggs (they were warm so microwaved them as well to heat them up). Cereals, ham cheese yoghurt plus french bread, pain au chocolate , toast and pain au raisins which are to die for... The apple juice my daughter said did taste watered down but the orange juice was fab. Tea and coffee and hot chocolate .
I couldn't fault it. Would we stay again Yes if the rate was right.

Price was this hotels only saving grace. Breakfast inc in our price and while adequate nothing to recommend it. Web site informed that it had a restaurant but upon arrival we found if was only had a buffet whose smell overwhelm us when entering. We declined.
We had a ground floor room the corridor smelt of cigarettes as people smoked just outside and held the main door open. Suggest a 5 meter ban around the doors and the ashtray moved away from the door.
Towels if held up to the light could have been used as window panes, tiles loose on bathroom floor and safe needed new battery , but reception told us the maintenance had gone home but they could fix it in the morning. As we only were staying 1 night ...
27 channels on the TV only 1 English ( BBC World News) 1 Dutch (BVN) the rest French em with an international clientele would have thought they would have gone the extra mile.

Room Tip: splash out a bit more if you can and try and upgrade yourself to a better class hotel.

You could call us regulars since we have been staying in this hotel for at least 10 times and in different periods over the year. Our most recent trip was from March 5 till 8, 2014.
With school holidays in several countries the hotel (and Disneyland) was very busy.
Yet, by booking well in advance (about 5-6 months) using their own website, we could book a room for 4 people for a cost of less than 100 euro per night, breakfast included.
We were with a party of 5 (2 adults and one 10 year old child in 1 room and my daughter and sun-in-law in another room.
We could check-in for ourselves as well as for our daughter. Yet, our daughter was only arriving after 20.00pm. We payed both rooms with my credit card. Everything went very smooth.
By mail we asked a few days in advance to be given rooms in the main building and on the first or second floor. Request was granted without further discussion.
Rooms are not very large, but have all basic functionalities, including free wifi, a free safe, ... Important tip though on the rooms : be aware that the hotel consists of 2 blocks : one in which you can find, apart from the rooms also the reception, the Disney shop and the bar. The other only has rooms. Both are away from the restaurant, but if you walk (on the ground floor) to the back of the aisle and you take the emergency exit, you are only 25 meters away from the restaurant entrance. Good to know on rainy days. Also, if you prefer to stay in the main building (as we do), be sure to ask rooms away from the bar. Some rooms are very close to the bar and in the past we have had 1 or 2 nights with a lot of noise from (drunken) customers when staying in rooms close to the bar. This is especially the case in summer when the park is open till 11.00pm.
The hotel bar has a happy hour from 19.30 till 20.30 hrs in summer and from 17.00 till 19.00 hrs in winter. Offers can vary by period, but our most recent offer was a 50% discount on beers from the tap and on cocktails.
A bus brings you, at no cost, from the hotel to the Disney park and back. This is bus 54. The bus passes by 4 hotels and Kyriad is always the 2nd stop. So, most of the times, there is still room on the bus (which is not always the case when you stay in the last hotel).
Important remark : best hotel deals are from Sunday till Thursday included) but be aware to book away from school holidays in France. Concerning the package deals (including park entrance) : never book an entrance ticket for 5 or more days park access as package. Prices vary from 229 euros and up for the entrance tickets. Yet, for 199 euros you can book (now also available through internet) a Dream pasport which give you UNLIMITED access in both parks for "a full year" and which on top provides you discounts in the restaurants of 10%, 20% in the shops and up to 45% in the Disney hotels.
P.S. If you like my tips, do not forget to show it by indicating it with a helpfull vote. Thanks

Room Tip: Ask for rooms in the main building but on first or second floor and if on first floor, then specify...

Stayed here over new year. The family room for 4 of us was tiny with nowhere near enough storage space for all of our luggage. Hotel is advertised as having wifi in the rooms but this was not the case, we couldn't connect to the wifi anywhere in the hotel, and when we questioned this with reception they were not interested and we were told someone would contact us the next day, this never happened. Our room was located in a building away from the main hotel and was right next to the fire exit door, that was also used as the main point of entry. Throughout the night the door would slam closed every time someone came in or out, this was quite frequent and very annoying. We complained but the hotel was full and we couldn't be moved.

Breakfast was ok, very busy but we always got a table. A good selection of hot and cold items were available.

The location was the best thing about this hotel, shuttle bus was regular and only 10 minutes from the parks

Since the goal of our stay was to visit Disneyland, our presence in the hotel was rather short in time. But overall I have been very pleased with our stay. Most positive I think was the staff: very friendly and delivering very good service. The receptionist was also very accommodating in providing for a calm room at my request. Our room was very clean and had a pleasant appearance. Which can be mentioned specifically are the comfortable beds in the family room we stayed in.
Although the restaurant was rather large, it couldn’t prevent the necessity to have customers queuing up and waiting for their turn to have breakfast. The choices that could be made at the buffet weren’t extensively, but the food was very much ok. One minor point that could be mentioned is that I have seen dishes not to be very clean.
At regular times a shuttle stopped at the hotel to provide for transport to the Disney resort. It was unfortunate that these buses were apparently always very crowded…
