Don't expect too much! If you got an offer fort this hotel, at the end the price might end up to have been worth it. Otherwise it is overpriced.
Staff is not helpful and the cleanliness is about right. Should I decide to go back to DIsneyland, perhaps it is better to look ofr an accommodation in Paris.

We Stayed here for 2 nights. Stayed before in Dreamcastle hotel and had a good experience there so that's why we booked again this time it was Magic circus. We got the 54 shuttle bus at the train station. There was meant to be one bus serving the explorers hotel and the Kyriad hotel, and one bus serving Dream castle and magic circus , but all week they was ever only one bus.So expect crowds .
The bus serves explorers, kyriad, magic circus, then dream castle in that order. (be aware the last bus sometimes changes order)

At the first night we were assigned a room next to an elevators (3), this was a total disaster ! We could hear every sound from anybody who was entering and extiting the elevators. Went to the reception to ask for change of rooms couldn't be done because the hotel was fully booked, maybe I could come back that night they had a room available. That night no room available, may be next morning. We hardly get any sleep people were still getting in and out off the elevator at 2 o'clock and 8 o'clock the noise started again. That morning again there where no rooms available, if we could leave our luggage then they would check again and maybe that afternoon they had something available.

Finally that night they had given us a room wich was far away from the elevator and not noisy at all.

However i am totally disapointed of the staff trying to solve my problem they don't really care, were fully booked that's there message. Doesnt make my problem go away. You pay 200 a night and the only thing i asked for from this hotel a clean room and a place to rest. They didn't offer any compensation at all, not even a free drink.

Keep in Mind that i live in Amsterdam in a house next to a road where the tram stops every 5 minutes and the bus every 10 minutes in front of my door and even there I sleep better !

Rooms were standard, good size, tea and coffee making facilities but I wouldn't say it was a 4* rating. Fridge was on the warm side and to take a shower you must be a child i am 1.85 and hit the showerhead twice.

The breakfast was okay - there was quite a good choice of meats, salad, fruit, pastries, cereal and hot food (sausages, scrambled eggs etc). The hot food wasn't great though so we stuck to fruit and croissants
Prices for a drink are as high as in Disney, if you want a cheap drink go to the railway station next to Disney.

Wouldn't stay here again, the service was just lacking. If you really have to go then stay at dreamcastle, the bar has a better place and the surroundings are much beter(good view). The wifi conditions in Dreamcastle are much better, here you have to pay while in Dream castle it's free. Overall Dream castle has a better feel to it.

DLRP in general is way over priced and this hotel is in line with the rip off prices!

Room Tip: Ask for a high room far far away from the elevator.

Stayed here for 1 week start of June. We are 4 adults and a 4 year old with interconnecting rooms. Check in was quick, went straight to room, spacious room clean, bathroom a little tatty but nothing too bad. Did find a dirty sock behind the mini bar but hey its not the end of the world. Didn't have a remote for the tv - told reception and one was sent up straight away. Room was cleaned every day.
Breakfast - no the hot selection was not great but there was bacon scrambled eggs and potatoes - but we are in France! If you want a fry up every morning stay in the UK! Continental selection was very good and tasty, croissants, fresh fruit etc. lovely.
Bar is very expensive but thats what you get for staying at Disney. Barmen very friendly. If you want to get cheap food and drink then get the train to Val de Europe ( 1 stop away ) and there is a huge supermarket where you can stock up.
We only had dinner once at the hotel as we were always out but the food was lovely - very good selection - British people just seem to moan since there's no chips or rubbish put out.
Reception staff were very very helpful - we had problems contacting our return transfer and they phoned a handful of times for us. They also helped us book a restaurant that we were having problems finding - big thanks to them.
Pool was good for the kids, spa looked nice but didnt use it.
No this hotel isn't at 4 star standard - and yes it is expensive - but this is disney! For where you are it serves its purpose and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Arrived late after getting lost on way from airport (my sister drove, she was excellent) I navigated ( there in was the problem)! Asked if we could get a drink, even a cup of tea but told everything shut and to use vending machines despite business looking people still drinking in bar. Got to rooms which were ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. However found a pair is scissors at side of bed found bu my young niece, as well as half drunk can of juice, and a sock. Not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. Reported to reception in morning. I thought breakfast ok but kids hated it, a lot of shoving just to get a juice or tea. Excellent location and used shuttle bus for Disneyland but people have no manners and don't understand the concept of queuing! Reception staff excellent on departure day, gave us route to next destination avoiding Paris completely. Wouldn't spend the money to stay here again

I stayed in this hotel with my wife on 25th and 26th May. We found the hotel very nice. There is a bus every 10 minutes to take you to disneyland and to bring you back. The bus is normally crowded but you can still manage to get in. The breakfast served is good. Its better to have breakfast before 8:30 am else it gets crowded and you have to wait in line. The staff is helpful and speak quite many languages. The theme of the hotel is based on Circus and you will feel it all around the hotel and in your rooms also. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

We went for 2 nights in may half term, whilst visiting disneyland. First impressions were good, check in easy, room ok but I expected more for a four star hotel. I found an empty bottle of water by side of bed when we arrived which wasn't great start. The thing that mainly disappointed us was the rip off prices of everything in there. A beer at bar was 8 euros! and the bar food was mega, 20 euros for club sandwich, ridiculous! We had breakfast included in price which was buffet style and was fine. We got the shuttle bus without any problems and only waited 10 mins. If you stay here just be prepared as expensive.

We stayed here May bank holiday. Warm welcome by receptionist but que long to check in.

Our room was ready which was great.

Room not overly too our taste but was nice enough - not quite 4 stars in my opinion, no free bottled water.

Shuttle buses to park from hotel were good although we waited nearly an hour from the train station back to the hotel one day when it should have just been 25 minutes.

Free luggage store.

Swimming pool was ok - very cold and lockers didn't work.

Breakfast was not good. Long ques to get seated and then for a four star hotel we found breakfast pretty bad; tea, coffee, juice all came out of machines. Lack of hot food there was just sausages, potatoes and boiled eggs. Plenty of fruit salad, yogurts and cake though.

Overall it was ok but we wouldn't stay here again.
