“The BEST Restaurant”
Reviewed August 30, 2013

We were stayed in Pousada de Mong-Ha so we pre-booked the table thro hotel staff. We were overslept as too tired for the 1st day arrival. The restaurant called us to remind us the booking then we were not missed out this restaurant. All the food were delicious and price a bit expensive but worth to it.

“Good restaurant, eager staff”
Reviewed August 2, 2013

This educational restaurant is part of the Institute for Tourism Studies in Macau. It's a bright, modern style restaurant, perhaps a bit lacking in 'quiet discreet corners', but stylish and busy in the weekday evenings. The food is generally very good, portions are not overly large but adequate, and very well presented, not over-fussy. The wine menu seems quite extensive - prices vary from fair to expensive. Food pricing is also reasonable.

If you are just wanting a quiet dinner, this may not be the exact place for you, as the service by the trainees is almost over-attentive, and in some ways almost over-enthusiastic. But it's pleasing to see such keenness amongst the students and, if you enter into the spirit in a good-natured way, you will enjoy the meal and ambience. The restaurant seems popular with locals; it seems to accommodate quite large groups, and it seems popular with professionals in Macau.

“One of the Best restaurants in Macau”
Reviewed July 29, 2013 via mobile

Only been there once but the overall experience was very good. The food was excellent at the level of best gourmet restaurants, good selection of wines and price. It's a pity they close at weekends and are the accessibility is not good.

“Great menu, well meaning staff”
Reviewed July 26, 2013 via mobile

Finding this place wasn't very easy but that's just because the vast majority of taxi drivers in HK are hopeless, once there it was all smooth sailing, staff/students spoke impeccable English, good bread selection was brought along with butter / oil dips, menu was varied enough to please most tastes, food brought to us very fast and the taste as well as the execution was top quality,
The only negative was that just after starting our mains we got presented the dessert menu because the kitchen was going to close, it was only 9:15pm.... This was an unnecessary touch of negativity in what was otherwise an excellent experience, maybe the pastry team should be reminded that in the real world of restaurant life They are the last ones to leave the kitchen

“Lovely experience”
Reviewed July 13, 2013

Very nicely laid out, plenty of staff who couldn't do enough for you again. Food was nicely presented and very tasty, desserts weren't really our thing, (not enough chocolate!!) but a very enjoyable lunch. Drinks were a little pricey but we had a nice time. Not sure why other reviews have marked it so low, it's worth remembering that this is an educational restaurant, they are learning so don't expect perfection but the prices seemed to reflect that and the staff were so helpful.
