“Lovely”
Reviewed September 29, 2013

Well worth the effort of getting there. We took a local bus No. 3 because we were told the taxi drivers speak very little is any, English. So everything has to be written in Chinese and/or Portuguese.
The bus driver was unbelievably rude and of no help but an English speaking Portuguese girl on board the bus was very helpful with directions.
This area is very European in style. Very much like the Spanish steps in Rome. Good shopping and beautifully lit at night. Then a walk around will take you to the Wynns Casino and their nightly water feature.
There are people everywhere so walking appears safe and the night lights are just amazing.

“So many attractions in the one place”
Reviewed September 29, 2013

We just loved the hustle and bustle of walking from Senado Square all the way up to the St Pauls Ruins. All the fabulous little shops along the way adds to the atmosphere. It was a very humid day when we went so make sure you bring some water to drink. We thoroughly enjoyed seeing the Macau Museum while we were in the area. Do yourself a favour and make sure you visit the Historic Centre of Macau while you're in the country!

“Great place to see and walk around”
Reviewed September 28, 2013

This is a nice place to walk around and take in the atmosphere and get a bit of the history from the guide. You can read up about the place prior to you visit.

“Tons of World Heritage”
Reviewed September 26, 2013

More than 20 historic sites of World Heritage in this area. You can walk from one to another... not too far. Nice scenery and good for taking photo. Don't for get to visit 'Ruins of St. Paul' ... very famous one.
