similar to the Four Season Hotel Hong Kong. Good Location, remember to try the hotel buffet, it is so delicious and inexpensive.

We stayed at the Wynn for a medical conference from April 15th through the 18th. We have been to Vegas many times and the Wynn in Macau is just as nice. The rooms were big and the bathroom was marble with nice turn down service.

The casino is more for table games which is the flavor in Macau not slots so know that going in. The restaurant Café Esplanada offered Western and Eastern options. I had the fish and chips and my husband had a burger - both were off, not bad just off but it's Macau what could we expect.

Room Service - we did get room service one night and it was very good. I also ordered room service for breakfast and it was huge and very tasty!

The real delight of our visit was when I realized I had forgotten to print our tickets to House of Dancing Water. I was panicked and the concierge was happy to print them for me which was super nice.

One real draw back to the Wynn is the location. If you want to be in the middle of it then you may want to choose the Venetian. The City of Dreams which is a mall/restaurant haven and some of the other casinos are located over the bridge. This will cost you about 50 dollars - but that's HKD or MOP so really it is 7 US dollars and about 15 minutes of time. While many reviewers say that Macau is safe at night we just weren't sure. We never had an issue but having travelled extensively you just learn to trust your spidey sense and so we took cabs which was fine.

Room Tip: Be sure to ask if you room is above the Cigar shop - our room reeked of cigar smoke!

I highly recommend Wynn Tower Macau. The location is very good if you prefer to be closer to the ferry terminal and the historical centre where the majority of local tourist attractions are. The lobby and room service is excellent. The room quality is excellent with elegant fittings, plush bedding and high class amenities as expected. The hotel is very clean, spacious and bright - more importantly it still feels more like a hotel than a casino unlike some other choices. The bar is very nice esp. sitting outside near the pool area. The gym is also first class. A cheap meal can be found within the casino. The conference/ballrooms are also good. It is easy to walk to the Wynn Encore Tower and other nearby casinos. Free shuttle bus available to ferry terminal and other places. Use the free shuttle of nearby Starworld or MGM to get to other side of Macau where the Venetian/Crown/Galaxy and airport are. The regular water fountain show and indoor show are fun to watch. Lots of fancy shops within the complex including the Ferrari Shop.

Room Tip: Ask for view of Macau Tower - north facing
