The patisserie is not located in anywhere super convenient so be prepared for a short ride by taxi or walk from Taipa town, though definitely worth your time. The owner and the partner both studied in French before for their signature cakes and desserts, and the mastery works show.
The cakes change every now and then as I have been there for four times, most are top notch but I'd recommend "Gloomy Sunday" it's by far best of the best. The cake offers luxurious Valrhona chocolate with a slightly sour but perfect matching passionate fruit cream cube in the middle. A taste sensation clicking with its name.
Their small menu also offers a few pasta items and if that hits you, seafood pasta and the Portuguese chicken one would be my picks. Also try the caramel honey toast if you feel like something more filling.
Last but not least, the owner has a very good grasp of controlling milk temperatures, and they do amazing foams on top of your hot beverages. Milk tea is heavenly and their coffees are also very enjoyable. I usually have 2 drinks each visit.
