“Yum!”
Reviewed July 26, 2013

My husband and I come here anytime we want a tasty date night, but we also have outing with friends here too. The food is amazing, and the sangria is sweet and tasty. I love the beef tips and beef kabob, best cuts of beef around!

“Absolutely Fabulous!”
Reviewed July 12, 2013

This is one of the most fantastic small restaurants anywhere. We have been coming here every time we have been to Macau for the last 10 years. We go to the one in Macau central just near the MGM Grand. Over this time the food has always been consistent - always good.

They have a reasonably large menu choice with photo's for those that might not know the dishes. They also have a few specials that are available each day. This restaurant is a must for anyone visiting Macau and anyone that loves good food and good value.

Standout dishes: African Chicken, the baby clams, the prawns with chilli and garlic, the octopus, the lamb and......

We will be back again - every time that we visit Macau!

“Delicious Food”
Reviewed May 18, 2013

Located in the Taipa Village, Dom Galo was a lovely place to have a late lunch The service was quick and staff were friendly. We ordered Macau beer, and then shared African Chicken and a beef steak dish. Both tasted great, particularly the African Chicken. We would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone, the atmosphere was nice, food was great and reasonable prices. Was lovely to get out of the big casino/hotels and see the real Macau.

Note that the restaurant was closing for a period of time in the afternoon, we arrived about 3:30 and were nearly the last group seated before they closed the doors. They do reopen for dinner at 6pm.

“Simply awesome”
Reviewed March 31, 2013 via mobile

I ate here at least once a week when I lived in macau for six years. Can't say enough about it... The food is amazing and it can't get more authentic macau and Portuguese food. Get anything and you'll be happy. Make sure to finish it off with an espresso!!!
