We booked three rooms and stayed for one night. The hotel is well preserved. Loved the room interior decoration especially the bathtub is accessorized with mozaic tiles (see below pictures). The room is clean accessorized with complete toiletries and room amenities. Guest Service is excellent. Minus point is entrance and exit signs is confusing. I felt like "alice in wonderland" figuring out exit ways of hotels. We were rushing to airport, we waited 15 minutes for empty taxis just to find a bunch of 'hired' taxis. The service manager managed to call in two hotel cars to bring us to the airport with the same fare as regular taxis. Try the hotel bakery store. Famous portuguese egg tart store is only two blocks away from the hotel. 10 to 15 minutes walk to Senado Square where you could treat yourself with the Macao famous almond cookies. There's quite a few eateries around the hotel but they closed early. We managed to find a 24 hour Chinese restaurant within 2 to 4 minutes walk from our hotel.

Room Tip: There is a new wing and old wing. Our room is at the old wing which I assume is the 'before'...

We had checked tripadvisor prior to finalising where to stay in Macau. For the price we were ready to pay - Lisboa hotel suited well with good previous reviews. I called up their HK office number and they accepted the booking and sent an email confirmation. All I did was provide credit card number.

In terms of experience, as we got out of Macau ferry terminal, there were buses waiting to take us to hotel (no extra cost).

Once at hotel, it was a struggle to find the reception. The hotel lobby is a maze and very difficult to find reception inspite of the directions. There are just too many shops and restaurants.

When we reach reception, while we wait, no place for family to sit on sofa or chairs. Eventually, when we got the room, it was great. We have request for king size bed and we got it. The room was big, nice and clean with quite comfortable bed and pillows. Mini bar on the house - was a great plus.

Kids enjoyed the hotel. Overall, quite satisfied. I would recommend this to others

Room Tip: Ask for king size bed in advance

We stayed in the Hotel Lisboa for 3 nights. The place was confusing at first but the location and quality of the room was exceptional. We were in one of the renovated rooms and it was spacious, clean and had free internet and mini bar (though only had one beer). It was the monsoon so the free umbrella was also appreciated. There is a bridge and tunnel to the Grand Lisboa casino and it is an easy walk to the old Portugese part of Macau.
It was easy to get from the ferry terminal to the hotel by taking the Grand Lisboa Casino bus. It stops next door.
We really enjoyed the food and experience of Alfonso 111( 11A Rua Central) . It was a small family run restaurant and you could easily walk past it.

Room Tip: We booked on line and received a free upgrade to the west wing and it was great value.

A practical room in colonial style, bathroom was renovated a few years ago. Adequate amenities with free mini-bar and free TV/all movie channels. Access to sister hotel, Grand Lisboa by air-conditioned underpass and footbridge. Take a look at those interesting historical Chinese dynasty ivory seals at Lobby level.

Staying in Lisboa was not just about accommodation, but also the best culinary!
Highly recommend my favourites:
Robchon a Galera (French) at Lisboa Tower, make booking well before you arrive Macau to avoid disappointment
New Furusato (Japanese), on East Wing, can walk-in for lunch
Tim’s Kitchen - Tao Fa Yuen (Chinese), on East Wing, make booking after checking-in the room

Room Tip: Standard rooms are located in Lisboa Tower, rooms at East wing are larger.

I chose this hotel based a trip advisor review and have not regreted my choice. It's grand, though having been around a long time, it has managed to maintain the hotel in good condition. The chinese restaurant's pretty decent and the room with the inhouse jacuzzi is really something, topped with free drinks from the fridge. On top of that, there is butler service as I get my room sorted out each time that I am away from the room. What was a setback was the sulky looking lady with the shuttle card for lisboa hotel at ferry terminal who was extremely uncooperative with no more than two words from her mouth. Just remember to walk down to the bus stop for the shuttle which is just outside the ferry terminal. There is a walkway link to the Grand Lisboa - just ask if you are not sure. You can skip the casino tables but stay for the artful shows that they have at night. If you want to get around, get the hotel limo - prices are similar for taxi especially if you are going to the airport and much more comfortable

Room Tip: Try an upgrade to deluxe - service is much better, comes with jacuzzi

The hotel is right between the city and the mega hotels area. I requested for a non-smoking room ,but when I got there, it was unavailable. But the room that I got was quite clean and no cigarette smell. Free mini bar. Free internet. No wifi. The casino is old-fashion and friendly. With more minimum tables than the big casinos. Or if you prefer the big fancy casinos. It 's just a short walk to Grand Lisboa,Wynn, Starworld,.. The hookers in the lobby are nice and clean. And they won't bother you if you aren't interested. Me and my single buddies had a fun time.

Grand display of Chineese architecture and artificial marble and chandelliers......

Grerat hotel with grand interiors and expensive look.

Food for vegetarians is a big disappointment. However, non vegeterians can have a feats on food....

Located in a very cosy location with great access to casinos, night life, market and has a big business center attached right across the street.....

interiors of the lobby are treat to eyes....
