Since its a company arrangement, I have no choice.

The lobby is small and crowed with people, elevators were always busy and the room is out of time.

The bath room is quite poor made you start to doubt the cleaness.

The location and breakfast is OK.

Guys Macau is called the vegas of the east and if u havnt been to las vegas then this is the place u need to go. a small copy of vegas casinos like mgm etc u will get here. a small place but amazing night life with casinos , pubs , discos etc . this holiday inn is ideally located and right next to casino too. it also has a nice spa n indoor pool. it also has family rooms so if ur going to hng kong with family u should add macau too

If you haven't been to China before, this hotel is going to shock you with it's poor quality, lack of cleanliness, and signs everywhere warning you not to drink the water. But for a hotel in China (I know it's technically not China - Macau is a SAR of China for now), it is not bad at all. It's priced like a budget hotel, and at this price point you're not going to get a new property. Holiday Inn has done a nice job with an older property and converting it as close to their standards as possible. It is a great deal and while it lacks a shuttle service to the Ferry Terminal (or if it has one runs so infrequently I forgot about it), you can just walk to the Wynn or any of the nicer casinos and take their shuttles around. I frequently took the shuttle from one of the Macau to the Ferry Terminal to the Cotai casinos without having to pay for a cab - plus the view is better out the large bus windows.

First of all the location is very very good, close to the famous Wynn and MGM, 10 minutes from McDonalds and 20 minutes from main sights. There is an ATM on the corner and a lot of opportunities to change money or buy something not very special like water, minibottles, fruits and some food. It is very easy to reach the hotel from the Zhuhai border (bus №10) and from ferry terminal (the hotel has a free shuttle-bus every 30 minutes)

After we arrived and were quickly checked-in by the girls running behind the smallest reception desk I’ve ever seen, we were welcomed by the concierge, who proposed free map and travel guide. Also their service was amazingly professional and exceeded our expectations. Detailed answers, positive comments, perfect suggestions and friendly manner. Staff keeps balance between annoying and courtesy service. Without the concierge we wouldn’t have this kind of lifetime memories from this trip.

The room was not very big and a little “tired”, but if you are travelling and not spending your time in front of the TV it is convenient choice for you. Don’t give up in front of the shower, it is a little challenging if you don’t know the way how to switch it on. The only thing it is better to improve: light in the bathroom, because it makes “hospital effect”.

Concluding everything – it is not bad choice for your start point of exploring Macau.
