“Reasonable option for kids entertainment”
Reviewed December 7, 2012

Almost gave four stars but for younger kids ( 3 and under) it is limited as they can not go on the larger slide etc. The slide and area for 2-3 year olds was closed too which limited what we could do. still had a good time and wasnt expensive, 90 HKD for entry or thereabouts.

We did also visit Qube 2 at Sheraton. It is much smaller but ended up being better for our 2 year old as the slides which are all blow up were more suitable age wise.

Both facilities had quite impressive range of video games and internet for older kids.

The food and drink on offer was minimal and not healthy.

“Kids paradise”
Reviewed September 10, 2012

The Qube has not 1, but 4 types of slides. The 3 laned bumpy slide you use a sack with (that you may normally have in indoor playrooms), and then there is the single bump blue slide that has a sharp drop angle, and 2 red slides that start with almost a vertical drop. Totally awesome!!!! Makes me wish I was a kid again.
The Qube also had a good number of Wii machines for the electronically inclined, including a Wii dance. The staff were helpful and patient with the kids. Entrance fee was also very reasonable. MOP 90 for 2 hours, if I remember correctly. Well worth it. Only thing: remember to dress your kids in long sleeves and long pants and socks. Or else you will need to buy or rent them.

“Another reason to stay at/visit the Venetian if you've children”
Reviewed April 9, 2012

At the Venetian Hotel in Macau, families can find the Qube venue, which is an innovative activity center for children. Here you can find traditional activities for very young children but also for pre-teens and early teenagers in the form of internet access, video games and friendly pool hall area. Thus making the Qube accessible for older children as well. Entry price is MOP$90 for the first two hours and the Qube is open from 9.30am to 9.30pm each day and can be found on the same floor as the Venetian Pool. There is also an access point from the San Luca area of the Grand Canal Shoppes.

Additionally, for guests staying at the Venetian, there is a outdoor play area on the pool grounds, for very young children. While the four large pools and Italian villa grounds surrounding the pool, can be well enjoyed by children. There is also a mini-golf course for hotel guests of the Venetian as well. For hotel guests and visitors, you can further enjoy the Venetian by taking a gondola ride on the canals that line the shopping area.

Overall, this seems to be a good child-friendly option for families with young children, looking for things for their children to enjoy while visiting Macau. If your children are younger, you might also like the Kid's City center at the City of Dreams, which is more suitable and appropriate for younger children. Also, if your children are a bit older, later teenage years, you might find the Underground Amusement center at the Fisherman's Wharf, which is a traditional arcade and video game center might be more suitable and appropriate.
