Laurel restaurant is the only branch outside the mainland. The headquarter is in Shenzhen. This restaurant offers traditional Cantonese food and several other famous Chinese food as well. For example, roast Beijing duck is one of its popular dishes. My favourite part of the roast duck is the crispy skin. The fat part of the skin was already peeled off. The skin and vegetables dipped in the sweet sauce are wrapped in a very thin pancake, and the spice of the spring onion dilutes of grease. It is the perfect combination.
