We had trouble finding the restaurant as hotel staff did not speak English and had not even heard of the Horizon even when we showed them the name of the restaurant and details in Chinese!
Anyway, when we arrived, the restaurant staff was friendly and welcoming. Our waiter went to great lengths explaining the dishes. We wanted mussels but it was not on the menu, yet the chef specially prepared it for our second course. We were in a hurry and the staff quickly arranged for our courses to arrive in time so we could finish promptly.
They have an extensive wine list and the dining area is pleasantly set. The windows look out towards the Venetian Hotel. The food was fresh and precisely cooked that it melted in our mouths! The head waiter and chefs were French and came out to greet diners. I will go back again for the delicious and authentic French cuisine.
