Nice hotel, good location. All employees are very accomodating, they response to your inquiries as fast as they can. And see to it that your needs are well served. They have nice pool. Good thing the other pool are heated. To take advantage of the facilities nextime ill be going back not february because its too cold.

It was a good memory in this trip. The flexible ways to check in and check out impress me a lot and saved a lot of time. I am looking forward to another stay in the short future. There are several activities I did not have time to experience.

Fast check-in and check-out inspite of the high traffic. Good decor in room, will be perfect if the balcony was opened up for access. Free drinks and snacks offers sense of warmness and attentive to details.Frequent shuttle bus service provides convenience to guests.

Fast Check in and check out , nice decoration and facilities inside the room , pillows are confortable, ice cube available at my floor , good air-con ( HK ppls like cool and low humidity ) convenient transportation , choices of dinning , mini bar free of charge , high quality room dinning and delivery on time, efficient wifi technical support

GOODS great decor in room bathroom was amazing chocolates and fruit were in the room upon arrival gorgeous lobby and many staff were around to direct to reception lunch buffet was great, had a large selection of deserts
BADS construction was ongoing check in was long and reception staff was rude and not friendly swimming pool was unavailable due to maintenance

Hotel location is good but it would be better if room size could become larger with adequate space would be better. Checkout time designated at 1100 is too early and suggest 2 hour postponed would be more suitable and more convenient and comfortable for the tenant. Lastly, additional shuttle bus service with back and through between hotel vs macau pier is required. As overall comments is good and appearance of Galaxy Hotel is awesome. The buffet breakfast is very impressive as well ***** :)
