Liked every bit of House of Dancing Water. Sat in the VIP section which provides the best view in the house as you are directly in front of the action. A must see for anyone visiting Macau.

This show is something you really must see in Macau, especially if you don't gamble like me and find yourself wondering what to do.
The story is quite confusing, I'm still not sure what it was about, but the water effects and diving acrobatics are worth seeing.
I recommend to get seats in the water zone, it is quite fun to get wet.

Macau is not yet at Vegas levels in terms of entertainment... except for House of Dancing Water which is possibly the closest you will get to Cirque du Soleil type shows. In fact I will go so far as to say this show is better than CdS...

Performers are top notch and interact with the crowd. There is not much storyline, but great variety of effects with water, costumes, stage and set -- simply amazing.

Sit in the front rows if you don't mind getting wet - otherwise back seats are better as you get a wider view especially as a lot of the action happens above you - in the air!

If you are attending the 8pm show - make sure to book ahead for dinner at the Chinese restaurant of the Hyatt Hotel in Macau, which is called Beijing Kitchen. The restaurant is right opposite the House of Dancing Water's theatre entrance. This is especially important if you have booked online and need to pick your tickets up an hour before the show - it will save you time walking around as there are few other restaurants close to HoDW theatre. A 6:30 booking is enought time to be done by 7:30, so you can line up for your free photo with the stunt motorbike.

If you want Western food, there is Mezza9 - the Hyatt's coffee shop which has a full buffet on weekends and public holidays. However their a'la carte offering is not very good - I found Bejing Kitchen to have better quality food and service.

not much story, many effects and awesome stunts...I was really impressed with the motorbikes flying in the arena. Yes this was supposed to be a water show but I don't know why there were motorbikes doing stunts....surprise unless you watch the youtube prior to going to the show. (oh btw, the reason you have all these youtube is because these chinese audience seems to not care of the warning that video taping and camera is not allowed during the show) they are very persistent and pretend that they don't understand the warning. I have seen O and Mystere in Vegas and I think this is more comparable to 'O' since it is more water base and I would say they are both enjoyable but I feel 'O' has a bigger stage.

Very unique performance on an interchanging ground. The diving performances are all so incredible!

Some scenes are a bit boring and the motor bikers are posing a threat to the audience should accidents occur. Touch wood!

I would have given more credit to the motor bikers' performance at Genting Arena instead.
