We went to have lunch last Sunday. Just check out from the hotel, walking around, it was around 11:50... then we went to Robuchon au Dome. Then, just noticed that it would only open after 12:00. We have to wait... No chair...

Then, we got in... very nice... Great view to macau.

We had the set lunch ... all were of outstanding quality...I especially like the lamb...

The service was just great....

As a Three-Michelin-starred restaurant, the price is rather cheap. 6-course lunch costs less than MOP 700 (around USD 90).

I just want to go there again....

Overall, a wonderful meal with surprises along the way. The ambiance and design of the restaurant is not everyone's cup of tea, but you can't beat that view in Macau. We came here to celebrate a birthday. Be sure to phone the restaurant in advance and they will ask you for the name of the guest celebrating the birthday and they will serve you a slice of Mille-Feuille/Napoleon with a candle in lieu of a birthday cake with the name of the guest written on the plate. They also play a happy birthday song when the Napoleon is served. Makes for a nice little surprise for the birthday boy/girl!

We ordered the L'ete menu and it consisted of caviar, cold lobster ravioli, soft farm egg with shaved truffle, frog's leg fricassee, beef rib eye, rum punch, and dessert from the dessert trolley.

Dinner started off with an amuse bouche that was quite tasty (shrimp toast, cheese sorbet, and some shrimp thing). The bread basket consisted of fresh and hot bread from the bread trolley.

All the other courses after that were well timed and the presentation exquisite. It was a wonderful progression of flavors.

Service was very attentive and the wait staff were quite knowledgeable, as you would expect.

The highlight for us was the dessert. The chocolate tart and mille-feuille were out of this world! From start to finish, a great meal! The prices are steep for dinner service. Lunch is much better value, but dinner is still worth it especially for special occasions.

After times of transit, we finally arrived the 43/F. A very nice piano is right in front of us. The place is smaller than i expect. The decor is really grand but not to my liking. The view is attractive especially it is on a sunny day. We are facing the Macau Tower with blue & white sky. Perfect!
The service during the meal is excellant. Very clear explanation from the waitress for every single dish & of course, food are served beautifully.
We have ordered a 3 courses menu (appetitizer, main & desserts) and leave with a full stomach. There are complementary bread basket, chilled soup & petit fours during the meal.
It is really an enjoyable lunch.
Reservation must be made. We prefer to make it on Sat / Sun but it was fully booked in weeks before, and we finally make it on a Monday. ;)

Had lunch in July 2013; The views and ambience will be the initial thing that strikes one's attention.
So, try to get a window seat.
We took the 5 course degustation menu and although the food was good, I think the serves were too big so much so that you'd be hard push to eat dessert. I think the serves can be pared back or you'd have to leave food on the plate.
Overall, recommended . The experience was marred by tea bags instead of leaves for a Michelin starred restaurant. Also the waiters look ridiculous in their uniforms with epaulettes-Red army or army surplus ?

The food, wine, view were great. Some little suggestion/feedback. The hostess walk us to the lift when we arrive and just left us there. She should have held the door and press the floor for us. The timing between each course could be better. The dish arrives very fast sometimes but other times, we had to wait a long time. They should also impose a certain dress code. There were people who came in their slippers and t-shirts.
