“Delicious but not expensive egg tarts!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 23, 2013

The location is a bit hard to find, so please prepare your map.

The egg tarts are great and not expensive. (7 MOP, i believe)
The seats are not enough for its popular and we had to queue around 2-3 metres long from the shop's door.
But we managed to enjoy it with iced milk tea for 12 MOP.

“Best Portuguese egg-tart ever!!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 13, 2013

Went there around lunch time (after 1pm) and there was a short queue. The queue moved very quickly and I bought 2 boxes and another 1 to eat on the spot.

And it was wonderful... piping hot from the bakery.

Must try if you're in Macau.

“Great Egg Tarts!!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 11, 2013

To be honest, we really only went there for egg tarts. My boyfriend is an egg-tart maniac and we went there to taste it. It was quite crowded and we thought it was going to be a long wait. But like most places with good reviews, it was worth the wait (AND it was only less than 5 minutes wait in line). However, We couldn't get the seat (which is quite a shame), but we decided to eat the egg tarts and the iced coffee somewhere else.

The service was not so accommodating but compared to many other places in Hong Kong/Macau region, I do not think it is a bad service. I still think the egg tarts are still worth waiting for. We bought a big box and took some home. Next day we ate them cold, and it is still GOOD cold.

Highly recommended!

We just ordered fresh egg tarts which were great, place was packed though and menu seems to include many cheap options.

“Nice”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 4, 2013

Really packed and crowded but people come and go pretty quick. Took about 5 minutes to get a table. You've gotta order inside at the cashier, who is not the friendliest of people around. The tarts maybe pretty pricey compared to other places yet it is pretty much worth it. Very flaky buttery pastry with soft silky egg custard.
