Revisited this restaurant 3 times when staying in Puerto Rico between 30.3.13 and 10.4.13 on cheap local bus. Saddallah still the owner and the restaurant was busy. Jose recommended the special fresh sea bass which was stuffed with garlic and coriander and wrapped in tin foil and cooked in its own juices with onion. It was then deboned at the table and plated served with veg and canarian potatoes and mojo. This was the best dish I ate on this visit to the Canaries and look forward to having it again when my wife and I revisit in October.
Keep up the good work Saddalah.
