This lovely little restaurant can be located in a corner of the harbour square. We wished we had discovered this gem of a restaurant earlier in our holiday.
To start with, we had the tomato garlic bread which was nice and tasty. For a main course my partner chose the monkfish “clipper style”, which came in a tomato and wine sauce with boiled potatoes and vegetables. It was simply delicious and a very healthy sized portion.
I chose the lasagne, which came in the traditional Italian “cake” style with layered meat. It was one of the best lasagnes I have ever eaten. Simply divine.
Although the house red wine was a little pricey (16 euros but seemingly line with most of the harbour restaurants), a bottle of water, 2 starters and 2 main courses came to 56 euros. With a convivial atmosphere, attentive staff and fantastic food, it was no wonder that the restaurant was really popular and packed with customers. I would totally recommend this restaurant and can’t wait to return for another meal.
