We decided to try it once instead of the usual halfboard in the hotel, and immediately booked for another visit. We tried two of their set menus (different ones) and were left completely smitten; unfortunately we ran out of evenings. Note that they are closed two days a week, Sunday and Monday I think. The place is huge, but with rather few tables - you always feel like having a lof of your personal space, and a very personal attention from the waiters. This already sets up the atmosphere, and then the food arrives. Cannot fault any of the dishes we tried - local fish, pork, beef, creative starters. Everyone recommends booking a table, but in our experience they are not all that busy. All in all - do not miss this gem. I'd love to go back for some of the dishes from their "full" menu... The chef trained under Ferran Adria in Spain and it clearly shows.
