“Excellent”
Reviewed August 2, 2013

Visited this restaurant twice during our recent stay. The food is excellent, we had an enormous prawn for starter on our 2nd visit and it was almost like lobster, beautifully presented and the staff couldnt be more pleasant, well worth a visit

“Very high class”
Reviewed July 29, 2013

First things first the food is quite expensive but that said it is also of the upper most quality. So if you want go somewhere special and have a lovely meal I would highly recommend. I had the trio of fish which was presented beautifully and tasted lovely. My wife had the mussels which again you can appreciate the great care and skill in its creation. The staff are extremely friendly and informative and you can see they value your custom.

“Excellent food....at best average wine, service and atmosphere”
Reviewed July 2, 2013

There is no arguing the food is superb at this restaurant as per previous comments. My main complaint would be the poor wine selection. I have worked in the wine trade and completed a diploma in wine and spirits and when enjoying great food I expect good wine to accompany it, particularly at the prices Castio Mediterraneo charge. The wine choice is poor and over priced. Furthermore the waitress tried to give 'expert advice' on the wine selection which was clearly a sales pitch, not good guidance at all. I enjoyed house wines better at half the price in other restaurants during my stay. I also felt the restaurant lacked character and ambience that other more traditional style restaurants in Mogan have.

Sehr geehrter Gast,

Once again thankyou to Robert, Christianne and their marvellous Chef and staff. Again making us very welcome, advising on fantastic food and wine. They make you feel welcome and relaxed. The meal becomes a dining experience with the locally sourced fresh ingredients and their friendly helpfulness.
Try it! We will be back next February
