The first time we have ever stayed in all inclusive accommodation (and only then because we couldn't stay where we would have liked), and decided before we arrived that we wouldn't be taking all our meals there, as there were lots of restaurants nearby.
Firstly the room: we had booked a family apartment for the two of us and our adult daughter. On entering the apartment, the first room had twin beds, a bedside table, dresser, suitcase stand and an air conditioning unit. There was a door through to the second room which again had twin beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, dresser, TV and hairdryer - no Aircon. Through this room was the bathroom. Not sure which type of family this would be suitable for as even with small children, if the adults wanted to use the patio area whilst the children were sleeping, they would risk waking them up if they used the bathroom. Badly thought out.
The "included" drinks were limited to local wines and spirits, not including retsina!
Coffee was available, frappe was not.
The food was uninteresting, and although we only partook of breakfast, it appeared to be the same every other day. Saying that, it must be very difficult to cater for a wide variety of people, and there were lots of people queuing for meal times, so obviously not all bad.More
