First of all I just want to say do not listen to the bad reviews on here as I genuinely could not find fault with this hotel. The reviews that say the family who run it are rude are certainly wrong. What a lovely welcoming family! The daughters are lovely and speak perfect English and the father always manages a hello and never ever did we get told off for coming back late. The owner obviously just speaks little English but this doesn't make him 'rude' people should stop being ignorant and learn a little Greek the same way he knows a little English. It doesn't affect your whole holiday at all as you only see him once a day if that! Anyway;
It's a lovely hotel, massive rooms, pool and spotless. Big balconies, comfy beds, poolside bar (which is very reasonable and good food!) free wifi! You have to ask for the pass code at reception and you can only get signal there too but they are trying to fix that so it's all the rooms! All the bars and eateries have wifi too. The rooms have fridges, kettles and utensils and a table and chairs which came on very handy! Shower doesn't have much pressure but that's just Greece in general. Also our toilet wouldn't flush so we went to reception and someone visit twice, once to fix it straight away and once to check it was still...First of all I just want to say do not listen to the bad reviews on here as I genuinely could not find fault with this hotel. Well it's Greece and happens everywhere in Greece so just accept that that's the way they have to do things and respect that.
The location is very good! Your a 2 minute walk away from the main bars but it's good because no noise! Lots of good cocktail offers. It's not a party party place but you can still have a very good night! Beach about 5 mins away which is lovely! 3 euro for a sunbed! You may want to get to the pool early for a bed as they can all be bagsied by about 10am.
Highly recommend Hotel Angela, Onerio, More meni and Spyros for food!! Supermarkets and shops are everywhere for all your needs.
'Tigaki express' is the best place to book tours - Katrina was a lovely guide on our trip and so helpful! We did the 3 island tour and it was so nice! Don't go with the travel agents on the other side of the road as people in our hotel paid for a trip and they never turned up!
Overall so happy with my stay here and I couldn't recommend it more! Please don't let the negative reviews put you off, I'm 22 and had an absolute ball here it is by far not boring! I had a fabulous stay and would defiantly return myself!More
