Me and my wife tried this place out of curiosity. The owner is the former mayor of Cabo Rojo. After her defeat in last election, she said in an interview that she wanted to open a restaurant. So she did. This restaurant has an inside air-conditioned dining room and an open air terrace and bar. We opted for the terrace which has a view of the ocean. We had mojitos, which were very good and strong. The Mahi Mahi and the Snapper filet were very good. Service was adequate and could be just a little faster, but no complaints there.
In all, atmosphere and service were good, although the parking lot is small. I imagine that on weekends or holidays this can be an issue.

The service is the worst I have seen as well as the food. I ordered mofongo( hard as a rock), fried pork(burned) and beef stock(did not get to the table), my wife ordered a churrasco (hard as a shoe sole). The service was so bad that we never got our drinks but they tried to charge them on our ticket. Desert? we decided not to order, we where afraid of what they where going to serve. The owner was there but did nothing to see if everybody's meals were ok, she just sat there watching a soap opera. When it was time to pay our ticket we waited for 15 minutes at he cash register for the waiter, I even asked the owner if she could process my payment and she just said that I had to wait for the waiter. It's easy, I will not go back nor recommend it.

We just had dinner at this place today. It was our first visit since the place is very popular and is crowded on weekends. It was a Wednesday evening. We went with a coupon we got through the internet. They were very friendly and kind to us. Food was good though nothing to die for. Dessert was another story. We ordered a guava-cream cheese flan and it was awesome.
We'll definite go back but on a weekday when they are not that busy.
The only thing we regret was that Perza wasn't there. Would have loved to see her around but we were told she recently underwent knee surgery. She is the main draw to this place.

We decided to visit this place after hear all publicity about it. The service was average, the waitress takes so much time to take our order, and the bartender came to us to offers something to drink. We ordered "Arañitas" with octopus, abd it was completely terrible. The taste was terrible, it was not "cleaned". The arañita was full of oil. TO RESUME: We will nevet go back and neither recomend this place, neither to an enemy.

The parking is small for the place, but worth waiting while one car exits for another to get in. The restaurant is divided in two parts: inside regular style restaurant and patio style restaurant. On the patio side you enjoy direct view to the ocean and beautiful sunset. Had fish with caramalized onions and mamposteao rice cooked perfectly. Service was a little inexperienced but quick and was around a the time checking if we needed anything. They had live trio music.
