Description: Located in an old historic house at the Recreation Plaza. Our restaurant serves high quality Angus Beef accompanied with a variety of home-made sauces and sides which match perfectly, making your culinary experience an unforgettable. House signature dishes are the BBQ St Louis Ribs and the Stuffed Skirt Steak (with cream cheese and sweet plantain). We also have a variety of other dishes for every taste. Eat good, feel at home!! On Saturdays (Karaoke night) the kitchen hours for main courses closes at TEN O'CLOCK. After this, we still serve appetizers, nachos and our famous all beef and chicken burgers. On Mondays (Karaoke night) there won't be serving main courses dishes. We will be serving all that was described ago plus chicken wings specials.

The restaurant is located right in front of the Plaza, so that is a nice plus. Once you enter you realize how small the place is. They put us in a small room with 4 tables. Service was pleasent. Food was slow, i recomend getting appetizers as the wait is longer than usual. Food had good presentation, although they overcooked all our meats which is a big sin for a steakhouse.

The food/meat (skirt "churrasco") was delicious, "chimichurri" sauce is very good, fettuccine alfredo was very good, appetizers were also very good. However, the order took too long from the time we ordered to when it finally arrived. They brought the wrong appetizers and then the wrong food, both belonging to other table. To their credit, we received extra order of appetizers for free as an apology. However, place was not crowded, it was not a busy Saturday night.

I visited this restaurant with my wife and kids. We purchased coupon throught a discount website. We walked in and were received by waiter right away. We sat down and the owners introduced themselves. The food was great. I had the half rack of ribs with mofongo de yuca and the wife had them with the mamposteao. The flavor is very authentic and delicious. I strongly recommend this restaurant.

The service was excellent, the staff was quick to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. The sangria was very good but a bit pricey, they start you off with warm bread and a guava garlic butter that was good. We didn't order appetizer so straight to the entree. The 10 oz filet mignon was cooked to perfection no complaints we also got the full rack of ribs... The best tasting ribs ever!!! The sides were good. Flan was good as well.... We will be back again and again...

Synopsis: Food above average. Prices above average. Service below average and, in hindsight, I think they overcharged me.

Things to order: The sampler appetizer and the lobster. The sangria.

We were there for a highschool reunion "driveby event". In fairness to the restaurant, we told them we expected about 12 people. 24 showed up. Of course, these were Puertoricans, so they dribbled in over the course of an hour and a half. Initially, we were placed in a large room which would have been suitable, but after 15 minutes, the wait staff decided to move us to a small room, suitable for ten or so people.

As folks showed up, they simply brought more tables and chairs into the room until only those seated near the entrance could move and those on the far side of the table were trapped. One person had to use the restroom and we literally had to lift the table and move it to one side to let him out. This is definitely NOT the way to treat paying customers if you want them to come back.

The food was tasty, but a bit pricey. I ordered a pitcher of Sangria ($24) and the mero (grouper) ($17) and my wife had the lobster ($29). Our bill was not given to us -- it was on a computer screen and the host told me the total was $104, including tip. The sangria was sooooo good, it didn't hit me until the next day that we had been overcharged. Not a big deal, but there are plenty of other places nearby (definitely recommend Miski Mikuna in Boqueron) which we will opt for in the future.
