I did yoga 8 times at H20 Yoga during my 10-day stay on Gili Air. I came to the island to dive and snorkel, but it turns out all I really wanted to do was read a book and do yoga. I hadn't done yoga in some time, and was challenged by the evening classes. But, it was great to build my confidence throughout the week. Yuni, Bindu and Rich are great. I loved how unpretentious the studio is -- it's just a unique experience doing yoga with roosters crowing, the call to pray cracking on from the nearby mosque, flies and mosquitoes buzzing about, and a cat getting tangled in your legs during downward dog. It all adds to the charm. And the fresh juices after the morning classes are great. My only desire is for new yoga mats!
