Most of the seafood on the island is frozen, so just be careful. Scallywags seems to have the best choice (lobster, squid, prawn etc...) and seems to be the cleanest. It;s busy in the evenings so arrive early or be prepared to wait for a table. You order your fish at the counter and then help yourself at the salad bar. Reasonably priced too. We went here on our first night, the following days when we walked past the restaurant we had to hold our breaths because it smelt so bad so I'm not sure we would have eaten here if we'd known that before.
