after some worrying reviews earlier this year we had concerns about this visit we need'nt to have worried every thing was first class.i wish people would realize this is a 3 star hotel and a very good one .some people think they are booking into a 5 star hotel but only paying 3 star prices then proceed to moan about no english bacon ,toaster not working because someone had altered the setting.etc etc. can't see what anyone had to moan about the food every night we could find at least 10 different meals to have and plenty of desserts and fresh fruit and cheese board if the moaners can't find any thing to eat out of that lot it is beyond me what do they eat at home. that's my moaning over.
we had a fantastic holiday and thought all the staff are the best you will get anywhere even in a 5 star hotel.Marianne, sue ,jackie on reception juan, katarina in the bar deserve a special thanks for their hard work to make everyone's holiday special .

We have just returned from paraiso beach and everyone has opinions but I thought some of the comments prior to our visit were very unfair. We had a great time, the staff work their butts off and always with a smile, the food was good, the rooms do need updating but always clean, the atmosphere at this hotel is second to none and we feel part of the family, thank you once again for a great holiday///

We have just returned from an 11 night stay at the Paraiso Beach (stayed sept 22 to oct 3)
and cannot understand what all the fuss was about. We had a very enjoyable stay the food (especially breakfast) was good with plenty of choice. If you could not find anything to eat you must be very fussy indeed. The staff were very friendly and could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms although basic were spotless and were cleaned every day, towels changed when we required them to be. Our only complaint about the room was that the mattresses could have been better as they were very thin.
The entertainment was varied with something for everyone (the best being ME & HIM).
We would not hesitate in returning to this hotel in the future and anyone reading the negative reviews should not be worried.

Room Tip: Rooms at the back of the hotel are quieter avoiding the noise of the evening entertainment, and have the sun on the balcony for most of the day.

We were very apprehensive after reading some of the negative reviews for this hotel, but no need to worry as we had a very comfortable room with large balcony and beautiful views. We paid a little extra for a Superior room and the views alone made up for the extra cost. The food was very good, and some evenings it was difficult to choose what to have as it was all very nicely laid out and delicious. Lovely roast lamb and mint sauce one evening. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who likes a smaller hotel as we do. Can't comment on the entertainment as we love Es Canar and like to wander around a bit. Lovely pool area and all really clean..We will return when we go to Ibiza again..

This is our second visit to this hotel and prior to arrival we were concerned about some of the negative reviews. We last visited 2 years ago and found that the hotel was excellent, hence our second visit. We had nothing to worry about. The hotel is still to the high standards we found on our first visit. The staff make this hotel "special" and how they manage to keep smiling with some of the moaning guests is beyond me!

I have never heard so many moaning customers in years of travelling. The toaster was not working correctly today so it was a major incident, there is no " proper potatoes " etc etc. The list goes on. If there was an Olympic category for moaning there are some gold medal candidates stopping here!!!!!

The selection of food is vast, all cooked well and there must be something for everyone. How many hotels offer at least 10 selections for evening meal??? I wonder what selection these moaners have at home!!!!!!

After all, it's a 3* hotel which should in reality be 4* rated given the service provided. You cannot expect 5* service so stop moaning. After all you can always go out to eat!!! Funny how the ones who are most vocal are still first in the line waiting to eat.

This hotel is well worth visiting and offers above average service, food and outstanding staff who certainly go the "extra mile" to ensure you enjoy your stay. It's just a pity that some of the customers seem to go out of their way to complain at every opportunity.
