We were very apprehensive after reading some of the negative reviews for this hotel, but no need to worry as we had a very comfortable room with large balcony and beautiful views. We paid a little extra for a Superior room and the views alone made up for the extra cost. The food was very good, and some evenings it was difficult to choose what to have as it was all very nicely laid out and delicious. Lovely roast lamb and mint sauce one evening. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who likes a smaller hotel as we do. Can't comment on the entertainment as we love Es Canar and like to wander around a bit. Lovely pool area and all really clean..We will return when we go to Ibiza again..

This is our second visit to this hotel and prior to arrival we were concerned about some of the negative reviews. We last visited 2 years ago and found that the hotel was excellent, hence our second visit. We had nothing to worry about. The hotel is still to the high standards we found on our first visit. The staff make this hotel "special" and how they manage to keep smiling with some of the moaning guests is beyond me!

I have never heard so many moaning customers in years of travelling. The toaster was not working correctly today so it was a major incident, there is no " proper potatoes " etc etc. The list goes on. If there was an Olympic category for moaning there are some gold medal candidates stopping here!!!!!

The selection of food is vast, all cooked well and there must be something for everyone. How many hotels offer at least 10 selections for evening meal??? I wonder what selection these moaners have at home!!!!!!

After all, it's a 3* hotel which should in reality be 4* rated given the service provided. You cannot expect 5* service so stop moaning. After all you can always go out to eat!!! Funny how the ones who are most vocal are still first in the line waiting to eat.

This hotel is well worth visiting and offers above average service, food and outstanding staff who certainly go the "extra mile" to ensure you enjoy your stay. It's just a pity that some of the customers seem to go out of their way to complain at every opportunity.

Just back from 1 week Hols at the Paraiso. It's a nice hotel, comfy beds, good location and friendly hardworking staff (though they do favour the regular guests).
Yes the food was a bit hit and miss and never quite hot enough but the varied choice of dishes available ensure you won't go hungry! Shower comments previously made are not an exaggeration!
A special mention for Amelia, the rep, lovely lass with the patience of a saint and the ladies on reception who are very helpful and friendly.
The evening entertainment was loud,so take ear plugs if you want an early night. Or alternatively we recommend a night out at the Red Lion karaoke bar, even if you don't do karaoke,it's great fun just watching, especially if you like 50's/60's music. Picks up from 10pm onwards.
Not sure if all inclusive could work in such a small hotel, but good luck to the staff and the regular guests.

We have just returned from the Paraiso Beach Hotel and found it perfectly acceptable, very clean and with lovely helpful, friendly and hard working staff.

We had a 5th floor "superior" room overlooking the immaculate pool area with great views and a large balcony, the room was good with comfortable beds and the toilet and shower was spotless and the room was cleaned every day.

The only drawback with the room's location, was the noise which came up from the entertainment which was of mediocre quality and which was performed on a small stage in the pool and bar area, this went on until late and was very intrusive and made sleeping impossible. A room at the back of the hotel would be quieter but with a small balcony.

We cannot understand the negative comments about the food as there was always plenty of choice and of generally good quality, plenty of fresh fruit and salads. After all this is a 3 star not a 5 star hotel and a good one at that!

If I am honest I must say that some of the food combinations were a bit strange, it felt like they were trying to provide food for the English, or what they thought English food was like but it did not really come off.
It would have been nice to have had some traditional Spanish/Ibizian food such as paella or tapas but I suppose that many of their guests think that grilled fish, rice and courgettes is exotic!

This hotel seems to cater for a certain type of person who grab the sun beds at 8am and then are immoveable until dinner, then grab the tables for the night’s entertainment.
The hotel must be doing something right as many of the guests return again and again.

All in all a good experience and a hotel we would consider returning to.

Arrived here on the 11th of September for 11 nights. Greeted by very pleasant reception staff who explained everything we needed to know. The room we were allocated on the second floor was quite basic but spotlessly clean so no complaints there. Beds could perhaps benefit from new, softer mattresses.
The selection of food provided was excellent with plenty of choice and the quality was great. Unlike some hotels there were no badly behaved children or wild unruly teenagers to contend with. An ample amount of sunbeds were provided.
A major strength of this hotel was the staff. They really did go that extra mile.
Entertainment was provided each night and it was geared to the age group of the clients staying there.
Fellow holidaymakers seemed to mix well and we heard few complaints from any of them. A great little hotel I would recommend.

Room Tip: Were we to return I think we would choose a room overlooking the pool.
