This is our second visit to the Azuline Atlantic in Es Canar. We came last October with all my family, this year we decided to come on our own. We only booked last minute with Jet2 and got a fabulous deal. The rooms are still spotless and are well equipped. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and we had no problems at all. The food was of a good variety and we didnt have an issue with it not being hot or there not being enough out on display. The salads are lovely and are the main meat/fish dishes. We had roast pork, grilled swordfish, paella, fresh tuna and various other dishes. The breakfasts consists of pastries, cold meats, full english, cereal and loads of fruit and yoghurts. The drinks were also of good quality, Alberto's cocktails were fabulous. The poolside snack bar offered burger, cips, jackets, salads, grilled sandwiches and hotdogs if you didnt want to visit the indoor restaurant. (Thanks to the lovely chef she was very good ) We only had to queue for no more than 2-3 mins for service in the bar and restaurant. We never had a problem getting 2 sunbeds together even in the afternoon. There were still people who put towels out and didnt use them till late afternoon !!! Just be aware that they do play waterpolo late afternoon so you may want to move further away from the shallow end of the pool as sometimes the ball does come your way.....we didnt mind though. The evning entertainment was of a good variety, the irish dancers were brilliant. We would definitley come for a return vist in the near future as we love the area, the beach in Es Canar is nice but we went to Cala Nova which is just 10 mins walk away. The Hippy market is an experience and that occurs every Wednesday.
Overall i would recommend this hotel for people who want a good value getaway and who want to have a chilled holiday. :-)

Room Tip: Ask for rooms overlooking the pool on floor 4 or 5 if you want the best views.

This is a great hotel, very clean and staff very friendly. Rooms are large and spacious and very comfortable. There is a large pool however it's a bit deep for younger children but there is a seperate small children's pool next to the kids play area which was adequate. The food was good with plenty of choice. A couple of carvery nights which were excellent. Snack bar provided a good choice of food and all food at the snack bar is prepared fresh when you place your order. The kids club was fantastic and Belèn (kids club leader) was excellent with the kids. Belèn is one of the happiest people I have ever met and looks like she loves her job. Adult entertainment was led by Sol and she kept everyone busy with daily activities, she is a lovely, friendly lady and works really hard to ensure everyone is having a good time. There was no pressure to take part in the activities and if you didn't want to participate you were left alone. The resort of Es Cana has a lovely small beach with plenty of shops and bars to explore. I would not hesitate recommending this hotel to families with children, maybe not a hotel for couples due to the amount of kids running around. Es Cana is a lovely clean resort and the Hippy Market is definitely worth a visit. Overall a great holiday in a fantastic hotel.

This is a very good hotel. Best points were spacious, spotless rooms and cheerful, friendly staff. Food was varied and plentiful. Dont get in fernandiz's way tho cos he and his staff work like demons to keep the dining room at it's best. Entertainment and the girls who organised it were excellent. However, if you want a quiet peaceful hotel then this is not the one for you. Having said that, everything quietened down no later than 11.30 and as air con was included in the price you could close all the windows and doors to deaden the sound. Rooms overlooking the pool would probably be best and they get the sun all day. We went to the beach for the peace and the views. Sunbeds 5 euros each and same for an umbrella. No looky looky men. The hippy market is a nice 15 minute walk and well worth a visit. Take plenty of cash. Excellent live music and no hassling by vendors. Es cana is a fairly small resort but suited us as we just wanted to chill.

Room Tip: Choose a pool side room as you can hear next doors entertainment at the road side although those roo...

On arriving at the hotel I was very impressed with the hotel. Rooms were big and kept very clean,as was the rest of the hotel. The down side was really the food, ran out quick and the staff were slow to bring more out. The food was luke warm and by the time you got to your table it was cold. Then the Restaurant manager, well where do you start? On 3 occasions he pushed children out of the way, told one couple to go and queue for a table until he was ready. One night there was no spoons for deserts so I ask if he could get some more as people were waiting,he said I will bring you one,off he stormed, came back after a good 10 minutes, walked straight pass me,so I went over to get a spoon to be greeted with " You have problem?" I said you were bringing a spoon to me yet walked straight by me,at that he started being rude,so I thought there was no need for that, and I put a report in about him,and the receptionist knew straight away who I was speaking about as they had had other complaints. The following day he was told by the manager and his attitude changed. I did feel sorry for him as that night he was on his own clearing tables ,and running the restaurant. I think management should address this as I feel he was stressed, but I do not go away to be spoke to in the manner he spoke. Aparts form that the hotel was well run, and you never had to wait for drinks from the bar. Snack bar was good and food there was very hot. Even though this hotel is rated 4 star I would give it 3 stars. Hotel is close to all amenities, with transfer from airport on shuttle bus only 45 minutes. Beach close by with some good boat trips around island at good prices, Bus station 3 minute walk. Situated central for everything. Plus side, check in was very quick with friendly staff.

Room Tip: High Floors for views.

As this is a family hotel, with a brilliant and well organised children's club, if you don't want children on your holiday at anytime of the year go somewhere with no kids club so we don't have to read your idiotic reviews on here!!
My family had a great time in a very clean resort, the food was a very good standard for all inclusive. A decent pint of San Miguel and a cocktail list so couldn't go wrong..
Sol and Belen worked very hard to keep adults and children entertained all day and evening...
Es Canar is a very pleasant place to see and just enough about to do in the evening...
The best part of our holiday was making some good friends and socialising instead of moaning like others about what they were doing...
A holiday is what you make it, if you pay for it enjoy it then you won't have half as much to moan about on here!!!
Many thanks chris cooper

We found the Atlantic to be a great hotel, room was great with a fantastic sea view, very clean and well looked after, the restaurant was well run and the food choices great, I'm vegetarian so it can be difficult but I had no problem, good choices for kids too, bar service and staff great, nightly entertainment was surprisingly great, and the animation team were brilliant at getting you involved and having fun, the children's club is brilliant they have the fantastic Belen who is great with kids and my daughter never missed it she loved it so much. I liked the mix of people at the hotel couples, families, young and older and not full of Brits which was nice. I would definitely recommend and would definitely return here. Es Canar is aimed at families if you don't want to be amongst families with children then it's probably not for you, but I've been here twice and I love it.

Room Tip: Ask for a non smoking room with a seaview on the 4th floor.
