“LAST WEEK OF THE SEASON”
Reviewed November 4, 2012

Spent the week here 26th ~ 2nd Nov before the Hotel closed for the winter, overall we enjoyed it, the hotel was spotless the rooms were fine they could do with flat screen tv,s as the one,s were really to small and had restricted channels but it did,nt bother us. The resort was really quiet and lots of places were shutting but for a peaceful break it was lovely. Weather was in the twenty,s so you could sit outside and sunbathe through the day plenty of sunbeds but nights were chilly to warrant a cardigan/ wrap etc. we had no complaints about the food or drinks plenty of choice if you remember that it,s a three star hotel and don,t expect 5 star,s. Staff worked very hard and we had a few queue,s but it was,nt a problem at all. The one thing that really stood out for us was how safe the hotel and resort felt and we talked to few people who were on there own with children as it was half term and they said exactly the same thing.

We stayed here the last week of October. The hotel was quite full but surprisingly quiet through the night. We paid extra for a pool view and a sea view room which I think was worth it.We were on the top floor and had a nice view of Formentera.Hotel and room were very clean but the room was a bit on the small side,TV in room was also small but it had sky news and bbc world news. Rooms have a safe which costs 2 euros a day.Other rooms either face the hills at the back of the hotel or the road alongside the hotel.Only negative with our room was the smell of smoke when we arrived.Food at the hotel was generally good although I also agree with most people about the crispy bacon its not great. I also agree with most people about the queues at the bar for drinks. The hotel is situated in a quiet area near the shops and beach. The pool area was adequate plenty of sunbeds in October. The entertainment was good,Shaggy was fab, lots of other acts on like the magician, Acrobats etc. Many thanks to Paul and family for providing halloween decorations,it helped make the night special for the children.

Arrived at the hotel at approx 10 45 and was given our room keys and told there was a meal in the resturant ready for us so we took our cases up to the room and came down for our meal and a drink when we went back to the room we found that the room wasnt wheelchair acessible my husband who is wheelchair bound counld't get into the bathroom so I went to reception and the gentleman on the desk wasn't very pleased and said why did'nt we let them know before but after about 15 mins he managed to change our room to a disabled room which was requested when we booked . The meals were ok you could always find something to eat a lot of the time we found potatoes and chips were cold . the drinks were ok . entertainment we didnt see as it was down stairs although there was a ramp outside to get to it but that didnt bother us as we met some lovely people and spend a lot of time in there company. an enjoyable holiday but I dont know wether I would go back to this hotel again .

Room Tip: Ask for a pool view .

Stayed here for a week in the last week of the season. Yes the resort was quiet but the Hotel is fab. Entertainment put on by Giorgio and Shaggy was excellent and ran like clockwork catering from all ages from 3 to 88 (or ayty ayyyyt in the words of the legend that is shaggy). Comical Bingo from Shaggy was class and you had to be there for the experience of it. Met some great people and everyone was very friendly. Yes you have to queue sometimes at the bar but it wasnt that long. Food was amazing, yes some of the bacon was a bit overdone but we were in Spain not England so not sure about the complaints as there was plenty other stuff to go with it - pastries, cheese, ham, mushrooms, boiled egg, scrambled egg, sausage or mini sausage. Lunches and dinners were fab aswell with some lovely bread to go on the side. Plenty choices to cater for all tastes. Drinks with the meals are help yourself so not queuing for them.
The pool areas are very nice and the hotel was nearly full (yes in the last week of the season but quite a few others were shut) and there was still plenty sunbeds and chairs to go round.
The rest of the hotel is extremely nip and clean, spotless.
Think it should probably be a 4 star as all the other Invisa Hotels are.
Hi to all that are reading this from Paul and Family (the rifle champion) it was nice to meet you all.

Well after spending two weeks in Hotel Caribe and because it closed down for the season i was moved to this hotel and was looking forward to it because my friends who in the past have told me what excellent food there was ?

Well the first morning i went for breakfast how dissapionted i was the eggs looked terrable and were like rubber the bacon was cooked so long it was rock hard and was impossalbe to cut it with a knife the baked beans look as if they'd been watered down there were no sausages no black pudding no hash browns like there was at Hotel Caribe ?

But i thorught i'll give them a chance i will see what it's like the next day but alass it was just the same but had some cremated sausages today ! and was the same every day so i just took one look at what the engish breccy was like in a morning and one look was enough and just walked away and got some conitnental breccy ! apart from this the hotel was ok i went out for all my other meals and only came back to hotel when i needed to !

I personly will never come to this hotel again and will continue to go to Hotel Caribe and if i have to be moved i will insist i am moved to any other hotel but this ?

Room Tip: dont get a room overlooking the montimar bar as ther customers will keep you awake till 3am

Stayed here for a week on 17th October 2012, paid £316 each all inclusive for me and my partner, The hotel is very well run, very clean, comfortable rooms with good air conditioning. The food was exellent, far better than a few 4 star hotels we have stayed at, same with the all inclusive drinks are exellent with some international drinks included such as Malibu, Bolls cherry brandy, and dry martini, if you want other named brands you get 50% discount, never had to wait long for a drink. All staff are very friendly, and most speak English, Hotel is right on top of the shops, the beach, harbour and bus station just a few minutes walk away. Hotel is wheelchair friendly, you can access all areas. we realy enjoyed our stay at the Ereso and will go back.
