Frigidarium is somewhat hidden next to the taxi stand in Figueretas behind the main plaza but with the beach within view, and it is a real find! (There are other, well-known ice cream parlors in Ibiza and Santa Eulalia, but they are quite overpriced, and I found their ice cream rather normal.)
Raffaello (this is a small, real family business) makes the ice cream right there - you can see the machines in the back area - and sometimes he comes up with new creations, as was the Williams Christ pear the first time we dropped in there, or the fabulous pistachio - the first ever, at least for me, that really tastes like pistachio and not like sugar! The quality - price ratio beats any other place I know in Ibiza, some of the Coppas (my favourite: Paciugo, with lots of fresh fruit) could replace a whole meal.
