We stayed for 3 nights in early July. Our room requests were for a high floor with a sea view and extra pillows in the room and we got everything we asked for. It was knackering climbing back up the hill, but considering we paid 110 euro a night in Ibiza Town it was worth it. Literally 5 minutes from the New Gate of Dalt Vila, the old town in Ibiza and with magnificent views across to Figuretas beach, the location is superb. It is looking a bit old, but it has charm by the barrow load and the breakfast is to die for. 6 euros each, and the food was incredible. Ask the ladies behind the bar for cheese and ham and they will bring you a plate full to the table. There was also freshly boiled eggs, fresh thick yoghurt, fresh melon, and beautiful pastries. If you toast your bread, they have olive oil and tomatoes so you can make the traditional Tumaca that they eat in the Balearics. All of this whilst eating in an outdoor courtyard with the most wonderful views. We asked for a safety deposit box and were given one in reception and it was free. My only tiny quibble was the air conditioning turned out to be a fan which was so powerful it nearly blew us out of bed and sounded like a jet engine was in the room. I would definitely stay here again.
