booked for short break just myself and my Wife, hotel itself was clean with very nice pool area always found a sunbed which had new stylish furniture and was also very clean meals ok with average choice, rooms clean but little on the dated side, we had room 107 ground floor which did have sun lounger on as well as table and chairs, Spa quite dear for hotel guests to use also had golf + tennis courts, big down side for myself was the location beach was not near also no bars restaurants close by, closest was about 15 minutes walk down a steep hill, would recommend to people who want a retreat but if you like a few bars nightlife etc do not stay here (to quite)

Room Tip: ground floor as you get sun loungers on balcony

We found the hotel very clean, comfortable and good amenities. Our room 215 looked out towards the sea was a good size and recently refurbished. the English TV channels were limited and there were no tea making facilities but we take our own kettle and there was a fridge.
The 2 outside pools . . . one heated were both lovely.
We found all the staff friendly and helpful and enjoyed all our meals on a half board basis.
There is also golf and a spa which we did not try but looked good, the grounds were kept to a high standard.
We think that because of its location it is advisable to hire a rental car.

I stayed in this hotel with a large group of motorbikers fellows. Checked in saturday afternoon and left sunday noon. We got room number 118, very quiet, very comfortable, clean bathroom, very nice terrace with chairs, table and sunbeds. The bar at the swimming pool was open around 7pm and we were able to have a few beers by the pool. There're two pools with different temperatures. We didn't try the spa, but one of our friends received a very pleasant relaxing massage. Food is not a strong point, buffet for dinner was kind of average, althought the fish with green sauce was very tastefull. After dinner we sitted around next to the bar to listen to this talented guy playing the electric piano with computer. Music wasn't very cheerfull, but at least he played well. There're not very skilled barmans. My friend asked for a gin&tonic and got it in a long tube glass, half of it was gin and the tonic is not bottled, but from this big machines that dispens coke, sprite and... tonic. (Maybe I'm a little picky regarding a good gin&tonic, so I went for the sure beer). Breakfast was allright. Cereals, yougurts, coffee from machine, juices, hams, cheeses, sausages, backed beans, eggs... normal for international tourists.
Among all this huge concrete hotels, one good thing I'd say about this one is that is kind of a village, not a high building and I liked that. I think it was a good choice for our experience: large group of people staying just one night.

Room Tip: Room 118 was large and quiet. Nice terrace with garden furniture. Althought upstairs you would get m...

Spent the last week in January here, but thought it not really 4-star. First impression was very poor - arrived at 9.0pm after delayed flight and told that restaurant had just closed and no food at all was available, even though we were on half-board. The hotel is rather isolated and a car is really needed to get around.

Our room was quiet and OK, on the first floor in block 200, looking towards the sea. It was a bit of an uphill trek to the restaurant and reception area though, and the lighting really ought to be improved.

The food was reasonable, if rather repetitive. The inside of the restaurant was unattractive and hot with a low ceiling, but fortunately it was warm enough to eat outside on the terrace.

View as you arrive four star inside three.Reception staff very helpful but resturant staff not.First night in resturant asked for a wine list told non. Asked what wine they had 7euros and 14euros, 7 was house wine and just kept saying the other 14euros.Last night we were there they a wine list and all the wine had gone up 50c.Food average, and not much of it, very small area for food especially sweets, of which there was a few plates and once finished never got replaced. Sometimes sweets finished at 7 30pm and it was open till 9pm. Most of the time i had ice cream.Fresh fruit was oranges or bananas till the last night we were there then there was a lot more. There was no teaspoons when we asked he brought out 2 and were never seen again. There was not enough staff in the resturant so you wait ages to get to order your wine. One of the staff from there keeps going in the bar to take your bill and and to serve on. Hardly anyone drinking in the bar as 2 nights had different drinks and came to the same price, expensive. No entertainment just one man on stage playing the same things every night.Cheaper drinking out but a long way to go down hill.I fell going into the resturant 1 night and 2 members of staff saw me and not one came to see how i was, The cleaning staff kept forgetting to replace towels so we had go and ask. They never washed the floor and the there was lots of dust under the beds. The gym was 7euros aday per person and the spa 35euros. We were pickpocked in costa adeje and all our euros taken. So that was two days of our hols took up going to police station. There was lots of this going on everywhere, Police station was packed. Also i would not recommend going with Tobookaholiday as the price you see is not want you end off with and if you want a copy of your order on phone, which they say they recording. First they say they dont and then they say you have to pay as it is put on a cd. So beware.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights on a half board basis. The room was clean and with a view to the ocean. There was enough place to leave the car as well. The food was good, although not much variety, so I guess that for those who stay there for more than 5 days and are keen on eating, this is not satisfactory.

I suggest this hotel for those who want to use it as a base to explore the island.
