Large family group very welcomingly accommodated here. The place is immaculate and the staff are extremely friendly. Do not miss out on the sardines at lunchtime. We had a brilliant time here and family members staying up in the village were most welcomed. This is my 2nd visit to Paspalis hotel and i would not hesitate to return. The apartments seem to have been refurbed as the bathrooms were lovely. You will not be disappointed to book a lovely week away here- breakfasts are also good with the most lovely view out to sea- what a way to start your day!

My partner & I stayed for 1 Week in June, having never been to Skala before I can't wait to return! Hotel is right opposite the beach, which was a lovely view, especially in the mornings at breakfast time. Room was clean, large enough and spacious balcony. Pool area was spotless and fairly empty every day-no problems getting sunbeds. We enjoyed happy hour cocktails in the bar area every night (yammas!) with the most beautiful sunset view. Food also delicious, although we werent fans of the continental breakfast but this is personal preference. The hotel is in a perfect location, very short walk away from the main strip of restaurants. Overall, peaceful and relaxing hotel in perfect area. The surrounding area isn't too lively but there were plenty of lovely tavernas, food was a highlight. Can't wait to return to Skala and wouldn't hesitate about staying at Paspalis again next time.

This is my second visit to the Paspalis, the first time was 8 years ago and what a pleasure it was to see that it had the same warm welcoming atmosphere it it had on my first visit . The staff are all fantastic, faultless and cant do enough for you. The restaurant is the best in Scala as far as im concerned and we eat there 5 times during our 1 week stay. Definatley be booking again for next year

We have just returned from staying at this charming, family run hotel. Although we had a room at the back of the hotel, it still had a seaview and afforded us privacy and quiet away from the main bar/restaurant. The staff are all friendly and very helpful, especially the waiting and bar staff. They all work extremely hard and long hours. Panos ad Ria (a dead ringer for Sandra Bullock) are so lovely and very funny as is the other waitress whose name I forget.
The food is absolutely delicious. I dont think we had one bad meal here. The only fault I can find is that as we were half board, we were given a different menu in the evening. Whilst it was all lovely, it was a bit limiting for a two week stay. Im a vegan and was severely limited in what I could eat. But I was happy with briam, to die for and aubergine imam is absolutely delicious.
The location is ideal, being just over the road from the beach and the pool was never crowded.
No negatives, just a lovely hotel, clean and well maintained. Will definately be staying here again
Thankyou to all the staff. You are all lovely and work so hard. I strongly advise going on the Kefalonia experience coach trip, take the water taxi to Poros and go on Captain Vangelis' Ithaka boat trip. All great experiences.

Stayed for 2 weeks between the 20/7-3/8 bed and breakfast, check in ok nicos showed us to our 3 rooms, which we asked to be together unfortunately they weren't ,were were given 43,the best view 30 & 32 a double with space for a single bed.room 43 needed air con as sun on all day,we were lucky,it was really cool.fridge a bit noisy, shower big.thats the room, all you do is sleep and get ready.Breakfast- buffet style melon, cake, eggs, cereal ,bread ,toast, jams honey yoghurt ,what more could you ask for,you can get cheaper breakfast I.e scrambled egg and English breakfast too.Every lunch we ate here too can't fault it sandwiches salads, try the riganada, omelettes ok. Pool clean, little kids pool ,gardens lovely, just be aware the parasols don't block the sun, they are made of mesh. Plenty of sunbeds at all times.Ate at the restaurant a few nights, liked to try other places so alternated ,see my reviews loved Socrates, the pines, manor house,il destino. Bar happy hour between 6-8 long drinks & cocktails €4,can't beat the mojito. Bar staff Vicky and Ria were excellent & fussed over our youngest. Greek night on Friday night was fun ,we got dragged up lol. Will definitely return thanks again Nicos & family Panos,Ria & Vicky for making it such a wonderful holiday.

Room Tip: Room 43 overlooking the pool and sea but you need air con,be aware of room 34 or 35 no view next to...

The hotel is in a great location. the rooms are basic but clean. All the staff are friendly and the traditional restaurant food is fabulous and reasonably priced. Just across the road from the beach. Very near the centre. This was our first visit and certainly won't be our last. Thank you
