Little spot right by our Inn. Had good fried snapper and bought some of their jerk sauce to go. (Which was really good). Nothing fancy...you could grab a quick bite there after a nice swim or on your way back from the beaches on the east end of the island. Or do what we did...just grab some yummy fish to go.

Great folks and the food is wonderful. It is quite a value and worth a visit. We ordered the jerk chicken and the fish and chips. Both entrees were great. Eat in or take it back to your hotel.

This place was just down the road from where we were staying at the Turtlenest Inn and we decided to give it a try. We stopped in about 10:39am and realized that the famous buy one get one free is on Friday and Saturday only. Well not realizing what day of the week it was since we have been on vacation it just happened to be Friday. ($10.00 for the jerk chicken) My husband got a large order of the jerk chicken and I got a small order both with bread. The chicken has great flavor even without the jerk sauce that came on the side. I've never ate jerk chicken before and I thought it was rather tasty. The white sandwich bread is very dense like pound cake and my husband loved it. We both ate way too much!

So go pose for a picture in front of the buy one jerk get one free sign then go inside to get some good food.

This is the fish you always want but can never find.
I had the fish and chips. Amazing. Perfectly cook. Excellent piece of fish inside.
delicious.
The place is clean and the people nice. It doesn't look that special from outside.
The "adventure" is deciding to go in. Once you've made that decision you will be rewarded.
We liked the fish so much, we did an order of carry-out on the jerk pork that was smoking outside. That was truly incredible as well.
Again, we are always seeking something "local" and "fresh fish". This hits it on the nail.

Fried with "chips' or steamerd island-style with beans and rice, both are terrific. Dine outside at picnic tables.
