This natural wonder is tainted somewhat with floating debris consisting of plastic, paper, wood, and other trash. In parts of the river it is very heavy. If you can look beyond that the natural scenery and high cliffs provide a wonderful 2 hour power boat ride down this canyon. Alligators, iguana, and numerous bird species accent the trip. In years past one could see monkeys, but it is rare now. A fair price, the guide will pass his hat at the end for tips. Our's shared a lot about the history and sights and could spot animals we would have missed.
