This is the second time I dine at this location, and just as the first the food was a m a z i n g. The friendly host Nicola ( owner as well of the beach restaurant "L'ANCORA" in Grottamare) will guide in through the story and the tradition behind each course mainly prepared with local ingredients. My favourites were pepper jelly and local softh cheeses served with an array of cold cuts and fried bread (pane fritto). Fried cubes of cream and fried amaretto ( thou Nicola told me it is a receipe from piedmont) were other appetizer to highlight. As Main course i had mezzemaniche al profumo dell'orto done with a bouquet of fresh herbs (picked from Nicola's garden), diced green tomato and sprinkles of parmigiano. If you are in the area you might want to check this venue. Just call in advance.
