“Best museum-visit is at the American Cemetery”
Reviewed March 4, 2012

Typical museum-style visit. Entrance fee a bit spendy. There is so much to see first-hand and in situ that viewing artifacts in this setting seems odd. The experience at the museum at the American Cemetery is more worth the time and you can easily spend two days there. (We were there in 2008- I can't imagine it's changed at all.)

“Convenient Little Museum”
Reviewed January 14, 2012

This little gem in the heart of Omaha Beach has a great collecyion of photograhs, artifacts, and equipment, including a Higgins Boat and some weapons. A small entry fee helps support it.
